Hôtel merveilleux pour les enfants ET les parents. Le moindre détail a été pensé pour que tout soit parfait. Les chambres sont très fonctionnelles et propres. Le service est extrêmement poli et prévenant. Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite!

Best hotel for kids. We had such a fabulous time, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was ever too much. They have really thought of everything to keep kids entertained. Food was beautiful and the wine tasting each evening diffently a bonus

Han sido cuatro maravillosos días, hemos vivido experiencias en un hotel que es el paraíso para los niños. Tanto en entretenimiento y diversión como en libertad y seguridad. El trato de los dueños y de todo el personal es cercano y personal. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer realidad un sueño. Una visita inolvidable y que con seguridad repetiremos.

Liebes Märchenhotelteam, erstmals waren wir nun auch mal in einem Familienhotel in der Schweiz. Die Lage ist wirklich super und das Hotel auch. Jedoch liegen Welten zwischen den Familienhotels hinter den 7 Bergen in Östereich und Deutschland. Es feht an grossräumigen Ecken zum Verweilen für die Familien, einem permanenten Snackangebot für die Kinder (Eismaschine ....). Abends solltze es unbedingt ein Kinderbuffet geben, da das Angebot aus der Karte mit 2 Speisen nicht so toll ist. Der Skiraum ist leider viel zu klein und zu eng und die Shuttle zur Skischule nicht ausreichend. Die bediehnung im restaurant ist sehr nett, schafft es jedoch leider nicht den Übetrblick zu behalten :-( Bestellungen vergessen, leere Gläser werden nicht erkannt ........ Leider musste auch der Service mehrmals an Kleinigkeiten erinnert werden. Schwimmhalle war fast dunkel da das Licht vergessen wurde anzuschalten :-(

Wir waren mit unserer fast dreijährigen Tochter im Märlihotel. Das Hotel hat ihr und uns super gefallen. Die zwei Lifte kamen super an und im Schwimmbad hatten wir grossen Spass. Die Corona Massnahmen wurden super eingehalten und wir fühlten uns immer sicher. Beim Zmorgen war die Kuh der Hit, leider war sie bei uns immer leer, wurde aber immer sehr schnell aufgefüllt. Das Gumpischloss war der Hit. Darauf hat sie sich immer gefreut.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, unseren Aufenthalt in diesem fantastischen Kinderhotel zu genießen, das alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat! Die Atmosphäre war warm und einladend, und es war offensichtlich, dass hier großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt wird. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Verwendung regionaler Produkte in der Küche, was nicht nur umweltfreundlich, sondern auch köstlich war. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert von den zahlreichen Aktivitäten, die das Hotel bot. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Sirupbrunnen – die strahlenden Gesichter unserer Kinder sprechen Bände! Auch die von Patric Vogel erzählte Gutenachtgeschichte hat unsere Kids verzaubert und begeistert. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch! Es war einfach super und besonders beeindruckend war, dass hier ganz ganz viel Liebe drin steckt ! Braunwald bietet zudem sehr viel für aktive Familien und sogar vielleicht den coolsten Klettersteig und Seilpark im Land ;-) ?

Loved this hotel from the moment we arrived. They have put so much critical thought into how to maximize the experience for all family members of all ages. You cannot go wrong if you are looking for a place to stay with a family and kids any ages.

Magnifique hotel pour les enfants ! Tout est fait pour leur bonheur, un vrai conte de fées ! Nous y retournerons l’année prochaine. Merci à Nadja, Patric Vogel et leur personnel pour leur gente et très chaleureux accueil. Tout était parfait.
