Com toda certeza esse foi o hotel com o travesseiro mais SUJOOO que já estive. Como já era tarde e estava com pijama, resolvi ligar para recepção e solicitar a troca por um novo. Depois de várias tentativas, ninguém atendeu. A acústica é terrível. Se ouve absolutamente tudo nos corredores e até mesmo nos quartos vizinhos. O chuveiro é bem velho. Cortinas velhas e amareladas.

Staff Fábio at reception was friendly. The Hotel has 4 floors not counting the basement; My room was on the 4th floor. The hotel has an elevator. The room was extremely clean. It had a minibar; Comfortable bed; There was even a desk for work. It had a closet, hangers and a safe. It had a TV (it wasn't smart), only with open network channels. I'm always critical of bathrooms in places like hotels, and their bathroom was extremely clean, everything was very white. I had read in previous reviews that there was no hot water in the shower, but as I like to shower in cold or warm water, this wouldn't be a problem for me. However, I will leave my review, in the shower there are two identified taps (Hot and Cold); I turned on most of the hot tap and a little of the cold, but the water remained cold. However, as I take my time in the shower, after about 5 minutes, the water started to get hot, that is, it takes a while for the hot water to flow, but at least it does. So I recommend opening the shower and waiting a little before getting in until the water be hot for those who like it. Breakfast: from 7am to 10am. It's underground. I liked very much! There was a lot of variety such as fruit, bread, cakes, snacks, cornflakes, butter, jelly, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, coffee, tea, chocolate milk. Very tasty! The breakfast staff was also very friendly to me and other guests who were having coffee. Everything very organized and ambient music. The value for money was very worth it. I really liked the hotel. Would go back again. Wi-Fi: Only works in common areas; does not work in rooms. Air conditioning: The air is not powerful, however, as the night was not hot, the air was able to meet the needs and managed to give a LIGHT chill (air temperature 16°C). However, I believe it will be difficult for anyone staying in the summer. The guest will sweat. Noise: You can hear some slight noises from the rooms next door, but nothing major. It didn't bother me

Cleaning leaves something to be desired in addition to the lack of maintenance. There is no lamp, TV channels with 2 open channels and religious channels. The towels are of poor quality and the water in the shower takes time to heat up. But the service is very good. It was worth it

The accommodations leave a lot to be desired and do not reflect the photos published of the place. Very expensive daily rate for what the hotel offers. Small beds and uncomfortable mattresses; weak or almost non-existent WI-FI signal; few TV channels and the vast majority are open TV and government channels; lack of space for a possible meeting at the Hotel, such as: bar or lounge area. Extremely simple hotel, comparable to a guesthouse, but classified as 4 stars.

Cold shower, there was only one socket in the room, terrible pillow, the bathroom is very basic (tiny shower) and the breakfast had very few options. To make matters worse, the internet is very bad and you can't participate in long video meetings. Anyway, I don't recommend it.

Despite only staying for one day, I was able to see the excellent quality of the service. Very clean and sanitized hotel, pleasant atmosphere and well located. I needed to study and the environment was very conducive to that, with a good location and without much noise.
