The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and it is particularly stable to sleep. The bathroom is clean and the quality of toiletries is good. The facilities in the room are complete, the air conditioning cooling and heating effect is good, and the network is also very stable. The scenery outside the window is pleasant and can make people feel happy. The only downside is that the sound insulation is a little bit worse, but it does not affect the overall satisfaction, the price is super high, it is worth coming again!

Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine.

Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe. 

Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive.

Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants.

Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.

Overall, it was a good experience, suitable for solo travelers. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, allowing me to sleep well. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in quick, and they even proactively recommended nearby attractions. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

Very old hotel, but the infrastructure is fine, the breakfast is also very good, it is a pity that I can't play soy milk, but everything is fine, very close to the South Station.

The location is great, very close to bus and subway stations, making transportation super convenient. There are also plenty of snack bars and convenience stores nearby. The hotel itself even has a self-service laundry room. The room was clean, and the shower facilities were excellent. All the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and offers great value for money.

The room of 123 yuan, the worst time to book a business trip. After sitting down in the toilet, the glass in the bathroom was directly on the face. There is no place for the shower gel in the bathroom, and the gel can be placed on the ground. Thousands of antique bath towels, coated mottled mirrors, laundry even have to be coined three yuan, the cheapest disposable toothbrush... 60 yuan is not worth it!

酒店的位置真的太優越了，就在學府大道文華苑一期，出門就是喀什大學新泉校區，周邊商超、餐飲一應俱全，逛吃超方便，步行就能到大漠綠洲生態園、東城公園，飯後散步消食再合適不過。交通也超便捷，距離喀什站僅8.6千米，到喀什徠寧國際機場打車20分鐘就能到，更貼心的是酒店還提供免費的專車接機、送機以及接站、送站服務，對於拎着行李的遊客來説太省心了，完全不用操心大交通銜接的問題。而且酒店有免費公共停車場，自駕來的朋友停車超方便，這一點真的太加分了！

I chose this hotel for my trip to Kashgar this time. The price/performance ratio is really good and they are all newly opened. There is a free parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. The breakfast is very rich. The ancient city is also very close. The room is large, spacious and bright. I sleep very comfortably and the room is soundproofed. It's also very good. The service at the front desk is also very good. Check-in takes no more than 3 minutes. It's really great.
