Stayed here on New Year's Eve. The hotel has been renovated, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The executive room offers great value for money, with afternoon tea and happy hour included. Because it was New Year's Eve, happy hour was held in the Western restaurant, and the food selection was excellent. The breakfast variety was also extensive, and the atmosphere was lovely – a really good experience overall. The hotel is close to the subway station, with Sun Moonlight Center and Tianzifang nearby, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing.

My experience in the king room at Pullman Shanghai Jing'an was absolutely amazing, and the front desk service was top-notch! As soon as I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me with a warm smile, handled the check-in efficiently and quickly, and even thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities and local transportation. They answered all my questions professionally, instantly relieving any travel fatigue.

The room itself was a good size with fantastic panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering superb city views. The cleanliness was impeccable, paying attention to every detail, making for an excellent overall experience.

Throughout my stay, I truly felt the hotel's professionalism and attentiveness. The efficient front desk service combined with the ultimate comfort of the king room makes it perfect for both business trips and leisure getaways. It's definitely a top choice for accommodation in Shanghai, and I'll choose this place again next time I visit!

I've actually stayed at Pullman hotels quite a few times in the past year, so I'm a familiar face. I did have one bad experience before: my travel companion had a fever and after ordering takeout, we asked the front desk staff to bring it up, explaining the situation, but they still refused. However, after some communication later on, they did rectify the issue.

Now, the overall service has also improved. As a regular guest, I can truly feel the genuine hospitality from the hotel staff. This time, Diana and Nancy at the front desk were so thoughtful; they upgraded me from a king room to a suite. And knowing I would be extending my stay, they allowed us to remain in the upgraded room for the extension. You can really feel their desire to provide guests with a fantastic experience. Thank you!

Overall, it was a decent stay. The heating in the room was a bit too warm for winter, and I was told it's a central system for the entire building that can't be adjusted, which was a bit disappointing. Sleeping at night was fine though, not too hot and not too cold. The buffet breakfast selection was a bit limited. All in all, it was an okay experience, neither great nor terrible.

The hotel is absolutely great! The facilities are a little old, but overall it's excellent. The breakfast is delicious, the environment is lovely, and it's super close to the subway station. It's really convenient to get pretty much anywhere. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was nice and bright, but nothing particularly impressive, just a standard setup. Unfortunately, the view from my room was disappointing, as it overlooked a large empty plot of land.

The pool area didn’t look very appealing, so I skipped it. Breakfast was another letdown, very limited options and too basic for a 5-star hotel. I expected better.

The biggest issue was the noise. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, this may not be the place. The constant sound of traffic, car horns, and supercars revving loudly made it hard to rest.

Overall, the hotel didn’t quite meet the standards I expected. Not sure if I’ll choose this place again, but who knows.

Our stay was excellent, the location is good, there’s metro station that’s near by walking. The breakfast & Executive Lounge were all excellent 💯

I chose this Pullman near the airport over the Pullman at Karon Beach because I had a 9:30 AM flight the next day. I was so impressed by the lobby and the stunning infinity pool with a view. In front of the hotel, there's a beach on one side and a cliff on the other. The ocean here is completely different from Patong Beach; there are no islands blocking the view, so it's endless. The water is incredibly deep blue, like the Atlantic Ocean. The only thing that was disappointing and frustrating was the exorbitant price of the Nespresso capsules. I assumed they would be free, like the tea bags and coffee in hotels back home. They charged me an 800 baht deposit for two capsules, which is about 90 RMB per coffee, and there was no price list or warning about the cost.

When I checked into the Pullman Phuket, I booked a sea-view king room. I'd requested a high-floor, sea-view room in advance and reiterated it upon arrival. Initially, I was given a room on the 6th floor where the balcony was completely obscured by trees, blocking the sea view. I immediately went back to the front desk to request a change. After confirming availability, the staff personally showed me another room, and I successfully moved to a high-floor, sea-view room with a fantastic view. The whole process was very smooth.

Check-in Tips:
• A 4000 THB deposit is required upon check-in. Any on-site consumption will be deducted from this deposit upon check-out, with the remainder refunded or additional charges collected.
• The high-floor balconies offer panoramic views of the entire Andaman Sea. The beach is just across the street, a short walk away.
• The hotel grounds have peacocks and free-range chickens.
• Breakfast is extensive, with two dining areas and a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.
• You can also book a Thai SPA with the front desk.

⚠️ Important Reminder: When booking, make sure to check if it's for 'one person' or 'two people' as the room rate is charged per person. If you have a visitor, the front desk will notify you by phone, and you'll need to go downstairs to meet them.

A Wonderful Stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa 🌴🌊

I recently had the chance to stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was truly impressive in every way. If you’re looking for privacy, relaxation, and warm hospitality, this is one of the best places to stay in Phuket.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Special thanks to K. Micky at reception, who gave excellent recommendations, and to K. Fah, the yoga instructor who led open-air yoga sessions every morning with a stunning sea view and fresh breeze. The life service team also helped me enjoy activities like kayaking and paddle boarding, while every staff member I met was professional, attentive, and always willing to help.

The room met the high Pullman standard — spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the room clean and fresh every day. I loved the separated bathroom and shower areas, the thoughtful layout, the work desk, and the private balcony for relaxation. Everything was very comfortable and convenient.

The view here is incredible. Since the hotel has its own private beach, it’s peaceful and not crowded. I woke up to beautiful sunrises over the white sand and could easily walk into the sea, go kayaking, or paddle boarding. During high tide, you can swim right at the beach, and when the tide is low, it’s perfect for a peaceful walk while watching the crabs and enjoying the sea breeze. For swimming, the resort also has a nice pool that opens early in the morning. And just a 5-minute walk away, you can reach Panwa Beach Viewpoint or even visit the Phuket Aquarium nearby.

The hotel offers many activities: shuttle buses to Phuket Town on two routes, outdoor beach activities, and even a movie night for kids. The property itself is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail in every corner. Breakfast was excellent too — a wide selection, tasty dishes, and great value.

Overall, this was one of the most refreshing and recharging stays I’ve ever had. Whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or with friends, Pullman Phuket Panwa is a perfect choice. 💙
