A perfect hotel in the city, I stayed here for 5 nights and it’s really feel safe here and u no need to worry about your belongings as it’s kept safe. 

Easy access to the Eiffel Tower even though there no view of Eiffel Tower, it’s just a walking distance and easy access to the bus stop

I stayed in an executive room here for five nights last September and found this Novotel to be one of my favorite four-star hotels. Novotel is always understated, steady, with decent facilities but excellent service. I particularly loved the restaurant on the eighth floor; both breakfast and dinner were superb. The interior design and decor also had a unique charm! Plus, its proximity to the Université Paris 2 campus was a big bonus, which is why I booked a small suite for another five nights this time. However, while the room and other aspects were still great, the eighth-floor restaurant was a letdown this time: last visit, breakfast had an à la carte option, but this time there was none at all. Staff were on their phones, and they started clearing up before 10 AM. I don't think I'll be staying here again. I hope the hotel improves its management, or at least maintains Novotel's usual standard!

The shower and bathtub are separate, the room is spacious, clean, and the hygiene is impeccable. The staff are also very warm and welcoming. There's also a mini-bar, which was very convenient. However, the window faces the railway, so it can't be opened, and it felt a bit stuffy.

The breakfast area shares space with the hotel lobby, which made it feel a bit cramped. The breakfast variety was decent, but eating the same thing for a week would definitely get old, haha.

After a 10+ hour flight, I arrived in the morning, tired and hungry. Even with an offer to pay extra, they wouldn't allow early check-in, saying the hotel was fully booked. So, I had to store my luggage and find a restaurant nearby. I stumbled upon a Sunday flea market around the corner, which was huge with lots of stalls, and it was quite fun to browse.

Out of the three European countries I visited, this hotel in Paris had the most comfortable room. It's also not far from the main attractions, with direct access via the M13 metro or bus 95, which was very convenient.

I didn't encounter any theft in Paris; instead, I met some very helpful people who gave directions and found a great Chinese restaurant. It was a very pleasant trip overall.

The TV in the room had the French version of The Big Bang Theory.

The Executive Rooms offer complimentary mini-bar refreshments that are restocked daily, along with a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, and there's also a balcony. You can enjoy direct views of the Eiffel Tower in the mornings and evenings (though avoid rooms too far to the side, as lofts on opposite buildings might obstruct the view). Executive Room guests also receive in-room dining service. Luggage storage is available at the front desk. The hotel is conveniently located just 150 meters from Metro Line 12; the station entrance is right across the street. This is a perfect hotel, and the price is absolutely justified. I highly recommend choosing a room with a balcony so you can enjoy coffee while admiring the street views!

The hotel's service was pretty good, and the breakfast selection was quite rich. The restaurant's decor had a unique charm. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance to Notre Dame, and shopping in the surrounding area is very convenient. It's also very close to the subway station, making it a great choice for family trips.

Location. Very good . Just beside station. Lots of eateries, supermarket , laundromat, pastry shop, many diff metro station.

Luggage at 9am… easy and fast. English spoken front desk team.front desk team was awsome. Had drink at lobby on 4dec 25 1pm. The bar  counter lady and guy was very nice .
Room: clean. Average size . Slipper got from house keeping . No sign on dental kit. But I got my own . Housekeeping team was efficient .but they not fluent in English. But they are awsome .  
Room AC was weak. I ask for fan and they brought me 1. Mini bar with only 1 bottle for 2 pax. Can be improved . 

Feedback: call 1 time due to ahower pressure waa weak. No response . The ahower water pressure is weaker than my pee. Showering was not comfortable for me and wife . 

Propose to have anti slip mat inside the bathtub , capsule easily slip when moving out from shower in bathtub and cross out to floor.

This was my first time in Paris and unfortunately the last 2 days, we were spending it at Belleville. The area felt a little more dangerous as compared to others and I wouldn't recommend it to others. The room was fairly clean, there were stains on the toilet bowl that I had to get rid of myself. The shower was pleasant but unfortunately there was some issues with the drainage and the water leaked to outside the bathroom door causing the carpet to be wet. It was overall unpleasant but the staff were nice and friendly. Stay at your own risk here!

Very good! It's super close to the Eiffel Tower and has a Carrefour conveniently nearby. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk away. This place offers fantastic value for money. Absolutely brilliant!

Hotel rooms are spacious, Location is excellent near to Metro, bus station, restaurants,safe location and walk from metro 24x7, Excellent Breakfast, Staff is excellent , cooperative and polite, Cleanliness and hygiene is superb.

“Good Place to Stay” is conveniently located in a bustling part of the city, close to major attractions, shopping centers, and public transportation. Guests will find it easy to explore the local area on foot or by a short taxi ride. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a peaceful and quiet environment.

The hotel's location is a bit west of the city center, taking about half an hour to reach Big Ben and the main train stations. However, it's right next to Hammersmith, a major tube and bus hub, making getting around very convenient. Because of its location, the price is also more attractive compared to hotels in the core area.

Hotel rooms in the UK are generally small, but this room size was quite good. Even with the sofa bed open, there was still enough space to open luggage and move around.

The hotel breakfast was typical English fare. Since this was our last stop and we'd been eating English breakfast for over ten days, we weren't particularly excited by it. Although the variety was the same, the quality of the breakfast at this hotel was very high.

As a price-sensitive customer, I chose this hotel because of the significantly higher prices for similar quality in the city center. Overall, I feel it was a very good choice.

Went to see Starlight express at Troubadour.  Hotel was right on the doorstep.  Very straightforward to get to from London Euston. Breakfast buffet was lovely with choice of cooked or continental. I had booked the room for myself, my daughter and my granddaughter.  On arrival the sofa bed had no bedding but this was very quickly rectified without any fuss.  A lovely comfy night after a great evening followed by a lovely breakfast before travelling home.  Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again in the future.

Nice hotel, good breakfast.  Room was nice, however, the shower had a few mold spots and the glass shower door wasn’t functional making it hard to step out of the high tub.  Overall it was a nice stay.

An excellent room that was very clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff were very thorough and topped everything up.  The view from my room was sensational. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is highly connected close to the DLR and jubilee line and elizabeth line, as well as local shopping and coffee facilities around.
Overall, a very good stay would recommend if in the canary wolf area or if you are comfortable navigating the transport system of london to go in deeper to the city or other places around.

The location is pretty good, conveniently situated near Greenwich town center, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, and dining options within easy reach. It's particularly convenient for those visiting the nearby Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and the University of Greenwich. The Royal Observatory is also close by, roughly a 20-minute walk or an 8-10 minute drive. However, the hotel's facilities are quite basic and a bit dated. The room size was adequate, and the bathroom was rather standard. Breakfast was acceptable. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, especially for a business trip.

Perfectly located just a short walk from Custom House tube station. Really quick to get in and out of central. The hotel was closely located to the O2 so perfect for concerts. The actual hotel was lovely and comfortable

The room was clean and had a separate wet and dry area. You could hear the train, but it wasn't loud enough to disturb sleep. Getting to the hotel from Paddington Station involves walking up a slope and crossing a road. However, going from the hotel to Paddington Station is downhill, which is easier. It's quite convenient for getting around. It's a 10-minute walk to Paddington Station, where you can catch the Elizabeth Line (outside the station), the Circle Line (inside the station), and other tube lines, as well as trains.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Borough Market and convenient to the Shard. The surrounding environment is great! The hotel front desk service was also very good, and they helped me call a taxi before I left.

Room was normal.

Cleanliness: The surfaces were covered in dust. After nine nights, I noticed insect bites on my body, even though I slept in my pajamas. Both my spouse and I experienced the same symptoms. Even after requesting a change of sheets and duvet covers, the problem persisted.

The staff used towels to wipe the floor, which was quite unpleasant to watch.

Location: The location was decent and relatively convenient.

Environment: The upper left corner was under renovation and a bit noisy, but closing the windows improved the soundproofing considerably.

Overall, considering its location, this hotel is pretty good. For a holiday stay at an international hotel, it definitely offers good value for money.

Right outside, you have a mall and the BTS skytrain, a Starbucks across the street, and a 7-Eleven just around the corner.

The service was decent too; communication in both Chinese and English was seamless.

The room was reasonably clean and met four-star standards, comparable to a Ramada in China.

The soundproofing, however, was poor. I could hear loud motorcycles from downstairs, as well as noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

One particular issue was the power switches: they seemed to be wired incorrectly, as the lights in my room would turn on or off when someone in the next room used their switches. The wiring definitely needs to be checked.

The elevator was under maintenance during my entire stay, which made it very noisy during the day.

Also, the pool table on the first floor was still marked ”out of service,” which was quite disappointing.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel environment is clean and tidy overall, with a bright and spacious lobby that gives a comfortable and relaxing feeling. The front desk staff provided excellent service; check-in and check-out were efficient, and they patiently answered all our questions. The room was cozy, the bed was soft and clean, and the soundproofing was good, so we had a great night's rest. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, and all toiletries were well-stocked. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby, making travel very easy. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty, catering to different preferences. Overall, this is a hotel with great value for money; I was very pleased with the service, environment, and facilities. If I have the chance to visit this city again, I will definitely choose to stay here and recommend it to my friends.

2nd stay at this hotel - lives up to Novotel standards. Location is convenient - walking distance to train station and also restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable as expected.

During this stay, the front desk upgraded me to a suite. The room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a longer stay. The hotel is located in a quiet alley just off a busy street. The breakfast restaurant had a great ambiance, which was very impressive, and the breakfast itself was also quite good with plenty of options.

This has been a wonderful experience and it’s my first time writing a review! The service and everything are just perfect, we’re celebrating a special occasion and the room was decorated before our arrival. The breakfast was spectacular with a lot of options, the gym was well equipped and the pool is clean and not so busy, they also serve food and drinks by the pool!
We also tried the rooftop bar, the city view was amazing and they have a happy hour.

The hotel is located in a lively area, yet there is no need to worry about noise from outside. However, the room I stayed in had a connecting door to the adjacent room, so noise from the neighboring room was quite noticeable. Additionally, as the room was located directly in front of the elevator, elevator noise could also be clearly heard.

The breakfast was delicious, the service was excellent, and the location offers convenient access to BTS Nana Station.
