The location is incredibly convenient! It's only a 10-minute walk to the subway station, so there's no need to worry about getting around at night. The room was larger than expected and had excellent natural light. The mattress was just the right firmness and very comfortable. What impressed me most was the superb soundproofing, allowing me to sleep soundly all night. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, strong water pressure, and hot water came quickly. All the amenities were provided.

This hotel is super close to the Elizabeth Line, Din Tai Fung, the Docklands Museum, the cinema, and the Uber Boat. We brought our kids to see the Winter Lights, and there were several light installations right downstairs – the location is absolutely fantastic! Opening the window gives you a direct view of the Thames, which is very relaxing. Although the facilities are a bit old, it didn't really matter as we were only staying for one night, and the hotel staff's service attitude was excellent.

This Marriott isn't as luxurious as the ones back home, but at £100, it's very affordable. The room was clean, breakfast was great, and with a nearby metro station, transport is excellent and there are plenty of food options. Overall, great value for money.

The staff here are incredibly welcoming and helpful. On our first night, we arrived at 11 PM with two tired, sleeping children. I couldn't find our room number, and a staff member immediately helped me with our luggage and guided us to our room – it was a true lifesaver! The platform provided two breakfast vouchers, but when we went for breakfast, the staff let all four of us in to eat, which saved us a lot of money. The environment is very clean, and the restaurant's food is abundant and delicious. The bus stop is just 100 meters in front of the hotel, making it very close and convenient! It's also only 10 minutes from the airport! The staff are very patient and friendly! We will definitely stay here again!

The rooms are quite small. We had to upgrade to a suite just to feel comfortable. The in room dining breakfast is subpar. The late night money pizza is not great. Service workers are pretty proper, except for when I called the first time and waited on hold for 10 minutes. The front desk person picked up the phone and hung up on me. Meanwhile, I’m making international calls. The other thing I was not a big fan of is that even though my do not disturb sign is up housekeeping would still knock on the door and literally still walking into the door. That was a big problem. One of the times they didn’t even leave any fresh towels. They took the old ones but didn’t even leave any fresh ones and it took them two hours to get them to me.  We did have a really great view though. And a big bummer is that there is NO spa in this hotel.

Location is good, only few minutes from both Gloucester Street station and Earl Court station. The room or area above us was so noisy even though it was quite late in the evening. From about 22:00 -2:00am. On and off there was banging. The isolation of the rooms aren’t very good, I could hear someone walk by everytime. They also charge a £5 fee for room service. The room itself is quite clean and relatively ok space wise. But the pillow are so bad, they are basically non existent.

The drilling noise is very loud and I can't have rest in the afternoon, when I called the front desk they said they can't do any help but can offer me a free breakfast for the second day,but when I tried to have breakfast and the staff told me my breakfast is not included even I explained the situation to her, she said she was off yesterday, bad experience in Marriott

During the epidemic, check-in, check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the hotel facilities were not bad. The key location is good, about half an hour walk away from Soho. Walk to Regent Square in three minutes

The hotel is located in Mayfair, a wealthy area. The surrounding environment is very good. It is very close to Harrolds and Selfridge. The room size is okay for a London hotel. However, it is said that the air conditioner is broken and there is no other form of compensation. Breakfast is at Gordon Ramsay's The restaurant is a huge piece of garbage. Overall it is much different from Marriott in China.

My son and I recently had a wonderful stay at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, we both had the same feeling as we returned home. Thank you guys you are amazing! The doormen and concierge were especially helpful, giving great advice about football match. Highly recommend this place.

The room is well-equipped, making it easy to store belongings. The location is superb, truly a blessing for anyone catching an early flight. Just take the elevator to level S (the first letter of Subway), and the airport shuttle train stops at every terminal. It runs every three minutes from 3:15 AM to 12:15 AM, which is incredibly convenient.

Some Marriott locations seem to be declining over the years. This location is ok.. but it’s not the class you expect for a Marriott location. Either way, the staff was very nice and helpful.

Marquis Marriott is a well-known hotel brand in China. For example, how good is the one in Shanghai! But unfortunately, even a high-end brand such as Marquis Marriott is generally not feasible in the United States. It's not that it's bad, it's just that it's just qualified, similar to the domestic Atour.

The lobby is quite atmospheric, a bit like a domestic Sheraton. I thought, ”Great! I finally found a hotel brand in the United States that is comparable to a domestic hotel brand.” Unfortunately, the room was small and not bright. Marquis Marriott in China is so comfortable that they don't want to leave the room. I feel that leaving a second is a waste of such a good environment, but this Marquis Marriott's room, I don't have the feeling of wanting to stay in the room. , horizontally benchmarking domestic Atour.

In terms of service, there is no turndown, and everything is very formulaic when checking in. It is not impolite, but it is very cold. It feels like a cashier in a supermarket. These are not seen in the domestic Marquis Marriott, or at least not. allowed to appear.

In general, the Marquis Marriott is clean and tidy, the staff is polite, and it is no problem to sleep, but that's all, it is not a hotel worth exploring.

Service could of been a bit better but overall
It was clean, and very good in location
Close to many family activities

This is perhaps the worst hotel I've ever stayed it. I had High hopes and expectations given the franchise name but I've stayed in less expensive hotels with better infrastructure. I'm not one to review service or give bad reviews but this one I must do. Where do I even begin?
1. There no free parking for guest, if you'll be staying over night there a fee. You're allowed to park for 10 mins free of charge or risk being towed away.
2. The ceiling in the bathrooms are so low, if you're anywhere close to 6'4” and above you may have a problem.
3. My toilet seat was broken on onside, making the seat and cover crooked, not fitting well on the toilet.
4. The tap head in the shower was barely attached to the wall.
5. There no microwave in your bedroom (u have to keep going to the front desk to heat your food up) and the coffee maker is provided with no actual container where the liquid goes in
6. Wifi is charged to your room bill and then removed once you checking out if you selected the cheaper option .

The only upside to my stay there was the proximity to spots in the uptown Houston area, you also receive a 20% for Willie G restaurants that's near by and has great food

It's in the Katy neighborhood, and it's convenient for me to do business nearby. I stayed there for 4 nights in total. The price/performance ratio is also very high. The room we were given has a balcony, and we can watch the sunset.

Great, the hotel service is especially good.

Whether checking in or checking out, the front desk staff were very friendly, kind and sincere. When I came to pick up my stored luggage at around 6pm, the staff were also very friendly and responsible. When I got on the bus, the staff at the door took the initiative to help me with my suitcase. I was very touched. The daily room cleaning was also very clean and tidy. Thank you very much to every staff member of the hotel. Thank you for giving me beautiful and unforgettable memories. I will only stay at Marriott in the future!

It was a large and nice hotel. I was excited because there was an indoor swimming pool, but the water quality didn't seem to be very good, so I didn't use it.
The exercise facilities are good.

We had a fantastic stay and were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, always even greeting us at the door, opening doors and checking cars for belongings left behind after long shopping trips.
The hotel has a beautiful, luxurious atmosphere, with excellent facilities including a very well-equipped gym and separate men’s and women’s sauna and steam rooms as well as a pool and hot tub. There is also an onsite spa opened till 2am! The ‘This Works’ bathroom toiletries in the rooms were a lovely touch and smelled wonderful.

Breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive selection and freshly prepared omelettes, steamed buns and pancakes. The English-speaking staff were also incredibly helpful throughout our stay and provided great recommendations of places to see and where to eat close by.

The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Nanjing Road and the Bund. Overall, a beautifully presented hotel with genuinely excellent service — we would happily stay here again and am glad we chose to stay here as there are an overwhelming amount of choices available but we feel we made a great choice!

The location is superb, right by the riverside promenade. In the evening, a stroll offers a stunning view of Yangpu Bridge. The river view room boasts an expansive vista, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the Huangpu River. Waking up to that view in the morning instantly boosts your mood. The service is attentive and the overall quality is excellent, making it perfect for both business trips and weekend getaways!

Absolutely a perfect stay! The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. I loved having a bathtub, and all the amenities felt high-quality. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the gym facilities were top-notch. Definitely worth another visit!

The hotel has a pool, and it's not crowded, which is very convenient. The facilities are quite new, and the hygiene is acceptable. The environment is also satisfactory. It's suitable for business travel. The room has a bathtub, but they don't provide disposable bath liners. I tried to extend my check-out time a bit, and while the front desk wasn't as accommodating as some other hotels, overall it was okay. It's a bit dry this season, and I'm feeling a bit under the weather. The soundproofing is so-so, but I was still pretty happy with my stay. Overall, a good review.

The Marriott Hotel, located right next to the impressive G60 Science and Technology Innovation Cloud Corridor, is another luxury five-star hotel in Songjiang. Having opened just over three months ago, I decided to experience it during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. The check-in experience at the front desk was excellent; Manager Yang, wearing glasses, was very polite and patient, providing a great overview of the hotel. Lunch at the hotel's Chinese restaurant included a complimentary fresh meat mooncake, which was nice, though the other dishes were uninspired and ordinary. In the afternoon, while heading out, I encountered a stray dog squatting by the hotel entrance, which was a bit scary and frightening. Our twin room was by the road, and the noise from ongoing renovations was disruptive. The breakfast selection was simple, and the tables were incredibly dirty. The management definitely needs to improve their service awareness. Also, there was no spin dryer available for swimwear. Later in the evening, when I went to the front desk to inquire about museum tickets, the female receptionist was quite unhelpful.

This Marriott has an excellent location, and the staff are incredibly warm and friendly, especially Tina at the front desk who arranged a great room for me. The breakfast on the second floor is also plentiful with a wide variety of options. Eric from the restaurant was also very kind, proactively asking if I needed any help. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.

The front desk staff, Yuki, was not only handsome and composed but also incredibly responsible. He went above and beyond to help me with various travel issues, making my airport transfer completely hassle-free and convenient. I originally booked this place because of the convenient airport transfer service, but I was pleasantly surprised when Yuki even thoughtfully helped carry my luggage to the room. His service was meticulous and attentive, which was truly heartwarming.
