Overall, the room was decent. The carpet had a few stains, and the kettle wasn't clean. The double bed faced a mirror, which was a nice touch. The surroundings were also pleasant, being in an affluent area. It's a bit far from the main attractions, taking about 20 minutes by taxi each day. However, the biggest issue was that the bathroom seemed to lack an extractor fan. I couldn't find a switch, and it didn't turn on automatically. After a shower, it got incredibly hot, and there was no way to ventilate after using the toilet. The bathroom door couldn't be left open as it would automatically swing shut, making ventilation impossible. I really don't understand why this is the case. The soundproofing in the hallway was okay, but you could still hear loud noises.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly to Asians, and good conversationalists. The hotel is very close to both the train and metro stations. There's a bus stop right outside that goes directly to lively areas like Soho. It's also quite close to Notting Hill. The room was clean and comfortable, and the surrounding residential area was very quiet.

The food and service associated with the Executive Room were excellent and truly exceeded my expectations! The location was also fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. My only point of confusion was why the in-room mini-fridge was locked, even though it appeared to be empty.

Great stay as expected Heathrow airport, we’ve been here before and chose to stay again travelling with family before the flight. The beds are comfortable, staff were nice. It’s just that the swimming pool was not heated enough (quite cold), steam room lack steam and jacuzzi wasn’t working at the time of our stay. Executive lounge was a good thing to have, really enjoyed the refreshments and evening canapés. Cheers

The room was very nice and clean, with a British-style decoration. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major museums, churches, and attractions. It is right next to Green Park, and the balcony offers views of Big Ben, the Thames, and the London Eye. The overall service, facilities, and hygiene are all excellent!

As for foreign hotels, you can't expect too much.
The advantage of this hotel is that the location is good. It is very close to the core area of ​​the city, including Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. You can walk along the main road of Hyde Park. Buckingham Palace can be reached in about half an hour if you are willing to walk a little longer.
The room is relatively small, but it is clean. The room is very winding and it takes a while to find it after coming out of the elevator.
The service is OK, but the breakfast is not delicious.

The best level of service experienced in a London hotel.  High quality from the helpful doorman Mohamed, followed by an efficient check in receptionist.  Very high level of security and excellent restaurant options.  great location, 4 minutes walk to Elizabeth line.  Definitely will revisit in the future.

My son and I recently had a wonderful stay at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, we both had the same feeling as we returned home. Thank you guys you are amazing! The doormen and concierge were especially helpful, giving great advice about football match. Highly recommend this place.

During the epidemic, check-in, check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the hotel facilities were not bad. The key location is good, about half an hour walk away from Soho. Walk to Regent Square in three minutes

Due to hurricane Beryl, the original booked hotel was out of power supply.  We called Marriot and they confirmed everything was OK there.  The hotel was closed to the airport, just several minutes by subway.    The room was clean.  We had a good sleep after the 14-hour flight.  Breakfast OK.

The pool area was family friendly and the reservations prevented over crowding. The rooms were spotless and all the restaurants were great. Location is central to everything downtown. Highly recommend. 

Some Marriott locations seem to be declining over the years. This location is ok.. but it’s not the class you expect for a Marriott location. Either way, the staff was very nice and helpful. 

It was a large and nice hotel. I was excited because there was an indoor swimming pool, but the water quality didn't seem to be very good, so I didn't use it.
The exercise facilities are good.

It's in the Katy neighborhood, and it's convenient for me to do business nearby. I stayed there for 4 nights in total. The price/performance ratio is also very high. The room we were given has a balcony, and we can watch the sunset.

Great, the hotel service is especially good.

This is perhaps the worst hotel I've ever stayed it. I had High hopes and expectations given the franchise name but I've stayed in less expensive hotels with better infrastructure. I'm not one to review service or give bad reviews but this one I must do. Where do I even begin?
1. There no free parking for guest, if you'll be staying over night there a fee. You're allowed to park for 10 mins free of charge or risk being towed away.
2. The ceiling in the bathrooms are so low, if you're anywhere close to 6'4” and above you may have a problem.
3. My toilet seat was broken on onside, making the seat and cover crooked, not fitting well on the toilet.
4. The tap head in the shower was barely attached to the wall.
5. There no microwave in your bedroom (u have to keep going to the front desk to heat your food up) and the coffee maker is provided with no actual container where the liquid goes in
6. Wifi is charged to your room bill and then removed once you checking out if you selected the cheaper option .

The only upside to my stay there was the proximity to spots in the uptown Houston area, you also receive a 20% for Willie G restaurants that's near by and has great food 

The hotel has a beautiful environment, convenient transportation, and the surrounding environment is very cozy. The room service is very punctual and thoughtful. The bathroom is very good and clean. The cleaning staff is very meticulous. I will come again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was comfortable and clean, ensuring a very pleasant experience throughout.  A special thank you to the staff Koi, who truly made our visit memorable. This Marriott hotel is located under the Yangpu Bridge, close to the Yangpu Riverside Avenue. The rooms are 45 square meters, and the bathrooms are clean. The hotel boasts a heated swimming pool and a 24-hour gym. It's a reasonably priced 5-star hotel in downtown Shanghai, with a very extensive breakfast selection. Guests also enjoy free parking. The hotel staff are very friendly and hospitable.

The two-bedroom connecting room at Marriott is perfect for family trips. There's plenty of space, giving each family member their own comfortable bed, and the connecting passage allows for easy interaction. Having two bathrooms means no waiting in line for the toilet or shower. The Baohua Marriott is well-maintained and looks quite new. The bedding is clean, and the duvets seem fresh. In winter, the room temperature is controlled at 22-23 degrees Celsius, which isn't too hot, and it's just right with the duvet – I slept soundly all night (some hotels set the winter temperature at 25 degrees, and you wake up in the middle of the night feeling too hot even with the duvet). Although the hotel's buffet restaurant isn't huge, it's reasonably priced and offers excellent value for money. The staff are professional and always happy to help. Overall, the Shanghai Baohua Marriott is highly recommended.

My father was hospitalized for surgery, so I booked a hotel for my 70-year-old mother. I initially booked 4 nights, but the hospital delayed his discharge by a day, so I extended the stay for another night. 
The first 4 nights included breakfast, but due to my oversight, I didn't realize the extended night didn't. My mother, expecting breakfast as before, didn't order the hospital's plain porridge for my father after his surgery (she felt the hotel's porridge was too thick 😰). When I found out, I asked the hotel if they could humanely provide just a small bowl of plain porridge, but my request was denied after two attempts.

I admit it was my oversight. However, Fuzhong Hospital is indeed a bit isolated, and I had already stayed 4 nights. To have my request for a small bowl of plain porridge denied, despite asking for a humane understanding, left me personally disappointed with the hotel's human-centered service and the staff's empathy. The hotel is a service industry; it should demonstrate a service-oriented mindset and an attitude towards resolving unexpected issues, rather than simply rejecting customers' urgent requests based on procedure.

My friends came to visit Shanghai, and we booked the Marriott Executive Apartments Pudong, Hongqiao (Jingqiao) on a whim, just to try it out. It turned out to be an incredibly wise decision! The hotel is conveniently located in the elegant Biyun area, surrounded by a mature commercial district with numerous restaurants. Jingqiao Office Park is right nearby, offering a pleasant view from the guest rooms. The hotel lobby is elegant, comfortable, and inviting. The front desk staff were incredibly polite, patient, and thorough, providing detailed explanations about the hotel's facilities, arrangements, and dining options. The hotel rooms are spacious with fresh air, tastefully decorated, and feel very welcoming. The bedding was exceptionally clean, tidy, comfortable, and functional, clearly showing that the housekeeping is top-notch. The next day, the room cleaning and towel replacement services were prompt, efficient, and well-executed. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food, and ample stock. Even with many guests, the restaurant maintained good order. All in all, my friends had a fantastic stay and said they would definitely choose this hotel again next time they visit.

We booked this hotel after seeing their online promotions, but the actual experience was very disappointing. We arrived at 5 PM that day, only to find our room hadn't been cleaned. We were then given a different My Little Pony themed room. From 8 PM onwards, my child kept asking about the promised My Little Pony cake and room card. I repeatedly called the front desk to inquire. Despite knowing we had to wake up at 5 AM the next day for Disneyland, my child insisted on staying awake, eagerly anticipating her much-loved Pinkie Pie cake. It finally arrived at 9 PM, a very miniature cake. The front desk explained it away by saying they had too many guests that day, which I found to be a rather unconvincing excuse. Firstly, we weren't walk-in guests; our booking was made a week in advance. Secondly, online reviews clearly state that the cake and room card are usually prepared in advance. Being moved to a different themed room should not have impacted this service. Ultimately, we only received this much-anticipated service after repeatedly prompting them. Thirdly, most of the businesses and amenities surrounding the hotel have shut down, making the area feel quite desolate. This left us with no option but to order takeout, which was extremely inconvenient.
