Due to hurricane Beryl, the original booked hotel was out of power supply.  We called Marriot and they confirmed everything was OK there.  The hotel was closed to the airport, just several minutes by subway.    The room was clean.  We had a good sleep after the 14-hour flight.  Breakfast OK.

The pool area was family friendly and the reservations prevented over crowding. The rooms were spotless and all the restaurants were great. Location is central to everything downtown. Highly recommend.

It was a large and nice hotel. I was excited because there was an indoor swimming pool, but the water quality didn't seem to be very good, so I didn't use it.
The exercise facilities are good.

Some Marriott locations seem to be declining over the years. This location is ok.. but it’s not the class you expect for a Marriott location. Either way, the staff was very nice and helpful. 

It's in the Katy neighborhood, and it's convenient for me to do business nearby. I stayed there for 4 nights in total. The price/performance ratio is also very high. The room we were given has a balcony, and we can watch the sunset.

Great, the hotel service is especially good.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, convenient transportation, and the surrounding environment is very cozy. The room service is very punctual and thoughtful. The bathroom is very good and clean. The cleaning staff is very meticulous. I will come again in the future.

This is perhaps the worst hotel I've ever stayed it. I had High hopes and expectations given the franchise name but I've stayed in less expensive hotels with better infrastructure. I'm not one to review service or give bad reviews but this one I must do. Where do I even begin?
1. There no free parking for guest, if you'll be staying over night there a fee. You're allowed to park for 10 mins free of charge or risk being towed away.
2. The ceiling in the bathrooms are so low, if you're anywhere close to 6'4” and above you may have a problem.
3. My toilet seat was broken on onside, making the seat and cover crooked, not fitting well on the toilet.
4. The tap head in the shower was barely attached to the wall.
5. There no microwave in your bedroom (u have to keep going to the front desk to heat your food up) and the coffee maker is provided with no actual container where the liquid goes in
6. Wifi is charged to your room bill and then removed once you checking out if you selected the cheaper option .

The only upside to my stay there was the proximity to spots in the uptown Houston area, you also receive a 20% for Willie G restaurants that's near by and has great food 

I had a wonderful stay at the Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Shanghai.

A special thank you to Cora Tong and Koi at reception, who provided exceptional customer service throughout my stay. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and truly enhanced my experience.

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai. Thank you, Cora and Koi, for making my stay so memorable! 😊

Five-star rating! The hotel environment is clean and tidy, with comfortable and upscale decor. The room is spacious with good natural light, the bedding is soft and ensured a sound sleep, and the cleanliness was meticulous and thorough. My father was hospitalized for surgery, so I booked a hotel for my 70-year-old mother. I initially booked 4 nights, but the hospital delayed his discharge by a day, so I extended the stay for another night. 
The first 4 nights included breakfast, but due to my oversight, I didn't realize the extended night didn't. My mother, expecting breakfast as before, didn't order the hospital's plain porridge for my father after his surgery (she felt the hotel's porridge was too thick 😰). When I found out, I asked the hotel if they could humanely provide just a small bowl of plain porridge, but my request was denied after two attempts.

I admit it was my oversight. However, Fuzhong Hospital is indeed a bit isolated, and I had already stayed 4 nights. To have my request for a small bowl of plain porridge denied, despite asking for a humane understanding, left me personally disappointed with the hotel's human-centered service and the staff's empathy. The hotel is a service industry; it should demonstrate a service-oriented mindset and an attitude towards resolving unexpected issues, rather than simply rejecting customers' urgent requests based on procedure.

The front desk staff, Tina, provided service that went above and beyond my expectations. She not only efficiently handled my check-in but also proactively noticed my preference for a quiet room, which significantly enhanced my stay. This truly showcased the professionalism of your hotel.

We've been looking forward to visiting the My Little Pony Hotel for a long time, and finally got to take my daughter. The room was spotless and felt very new. It was great to have a coffee machine in the room. The hotel also boasts a pool and a gym. My little one was absolutely thrilled!

This hotel is right in the heart of Times Square, making it super convenient to get everywhere. With over a thousand rooms, it's always bustling.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The double beds are a good size, each about 1.5 meters wide.

There's a mandatory $38 daily resort fee, which they explain clearly upon check-in, unlike some other hotels. This $38 can be used for room service, and the food is actually excellent. Housekeeping is also very thorough.

My room had a view of Times Square, and if you book early, the standard rooms are quite affordable. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The room was decent, but honestly, for the price, it was pretty average. However, given its prime location in downtown NYC, it wasn't overly expensive. Check-in was a bit chaotic, with a long wait in line, and luggage storage wasn't very smooth either. The hygiene was good, and all the facilities were in working order. (The first picture shows the view from the window, the second is a Christmas tree not far from the hotel, and the third was taken at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.)

Very clean and well maintained room. Everything looks new and neat. The people are friendly.  It's close to the airport so perfect for staying overnight near JFK with shuffle bus service every 30 minutes.

I was only in NY for one night. Hotel was clean and welcoming. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes/ 24hrs which was very convenient! Even though this hotel is right across the street from the airport, it is NOT a walkable distance. There are highways and fencing blocking pedestrians from walking to the hotel. I would stay there again.

My overall experience was good but started off shaky. The first night I arrived with my mother, the first room we were in was dirty. We complained, and promptly the manager helped to find that was suitable for us. Even upgraded us to a better room. 

I love all staff, they were friendly. They were polite. They gave suggestions.

The location was really convenient for me and my sister who were running between Brooklyn and Manhattan the whole trip . ￼

I would stay here again for sure. ￼
