I had a very satisfying stay! The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly friendly and polite. Parking was also convenient. The Chinese restaurant on the 43rd floor consistently delivers excellent food; every dish was delicious and highly recommended. The bedding in the room was very comfortable, and the lake view from our room was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this Hyatt again next time.

The hotel's location right next to Hopson One mall is incredibly convenient, and the entire property feels very new and upscale. The pool is also great. My only minor complaint is that the twin room with 1.2m beds felt a bit small for adults traveling with parents; it would have been perfect if the beds were a little bigger.

Originally, we booked a family-friendly hotel in Songjiang, but it seemed like there was a big conference on Saturday, and it was as crowded as a wet market. So, we switched to Hyatt at the last minute. This Hyatt has a great location, right next to Wanda Plaza and a park. I even saw some lotus flowers! The room had a super big bed, perfect for sleeping with kids. The noodle station at breakfast was delicious! It was quite busy, but they refilled the food very quickly! Overall, very satisfied!

The location is super convenient, right inside Global Harbor, which means direct subway access and everything from dining to entertainment all in one place. While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, the staff's thoughtful and warm service definitely lives up to its five-star rating. After checking out, I received a call from the front desk asking if my travel plans were affected, which was incredibly thoughtful. Their dedication to following up on guest experience deserves a special shout-out!

The room was quite spacious, and they provided a crib, playpen, baby bathtub, and shampoo cap upon request (big plus!). However, the crib's base was made of wooden slats, and even with the thin mattress, it was incredibly uncomfortable – completely unusable for sleeping. So, we ended up moving the sofa bed next to our main bed for the baby, which worked out perfectly. It's also very close to Sponge Park behind the planetarium, and the view for fireworks is excellent.

The location is really out of the way, with nothing around, and the hotel facilities are very limited. They list many activities, but they all cost extra and aren't even that fun. I saw a company team-building event there; they had to entertain themselves.

I requested a quiet room, but they didn't prepare one. Instead, I got a room right by the elevator. Whether it was guests or staff, they were slamming doors incredibly loudly, bang, bang, bang, repeatedly. It was so noisy.

The room facilities were quite disappointing. The overhead water outlet had no water, and the shower head just trickled. The hot and cold water knob was bizarre – turn it a tiny bit and it's scalding, a tiny bit less and it's freezing. I had no idea which way to turn it, so I just stuck with cold, figuring it's better than getting scalded. 

The corners weren't very clean either; the silicone sealant was all moldy. Speechless 🤦‍♀️

We had a fantastic stay. The location of the Hyatt Regency Stratford is brilliant. Although not in the traditional city centre, the transport links are second to none. The direct connection to Heathrow via the Elizabeth Line is a game-changer for travelers. We also found it incredibly easy to explore all of London thanks to the well-connected Stratford station (Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, etc.). Being surrounded by the Westfield shopping mall and countless dining options was a huge convenience. A truly great experience—highly recommended and we will certainly be back on our next London visit

Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. The staff were professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a very nice view if you book a sea view room. The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in London. The staff is helpful. The location is slightly far from the tube station though there is bus station nearby, it is slightly inconvenient to go to the city centre like Piccadilly Circus. It is overlooking the river Thames which has a nice view. You can go to have a walk along the river if it doesn’t rain.

Had a great stay at this hotel! Karen at the front desk gave such a warm welcome — she was friendly, helpful, and really made me feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe was relaxed and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Hyatt Regency Deira recently. Overall it was a good experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, staff is polite and helpful, and the hotel has good facilities like a pool, gym, and restaurants. Location is convenient if you want to stay in Deira near Gold Souk and the metro.

The hotel is a bit old compared to newer Dubai hotels, but service and cleanliness are very good. Breakfast was also nice with many options.

Overall, good value for money if you want a 5-star hotel in Deira area. Recommended for business trips and family stays.

The room was spotless and had such a warm, cozy atmosphere. Combined with the attentive and friendly service, it made for a perfect getaway. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the charming, intimate vibe of the hotel. The service was top-notch and really made the experience special.

The hotel is big and great, The cleanliness is on point with daily house keeping and all the amenities. The only thing lacking is the food for breakfast as the apartment residents have to go to the 25th floor for breakfast and the options are limited. The apartment are nice and clean. Depending on the room type you can see the Burj Khalifa. The supermarket downstairs is really useful to buy essentials.  With family the apartment are a really good choice .

The whole apartment was huge with plenty of space for kids to run! The rooms were big too! We enjoyed our stay there! Bottles were provided in plenty upon everytime we request. Location is in a quiet area and have to take taxi to all the attraction but I would definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended for big families.
