The service is very good, the front desk staff is patient and beautiful. They are enthusiastic and meticulous, thinking about what the guests think and what the guests are anxious about. The hotel environment is also very good, with a particularly wide view, it is impossible not to praise it

Exceeded expectations! My top pick for a stay in Shanghai! I genuinely recommend Grace Hotel Shanghai Railway Station branch.

Every time I visit Shanghai for business or leisure, choosing the right hotel doubles the happiness of my trip. This time, my stay at Grace Hotel Shanghai Railway Station branch surprised me from the moment I arrived. It was absolutely worth the money, so I must give it a thorough good review!

The location is a huge plus! It's only about a 10-minute walk from Shanghai Railway Station, and a 5-minute taxi ride, which is super convenient for travelers catching trains. A subway station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get to popular attractions like Nanjing East Road, The Bund, and Jing'an Temple. There are also plenty of malls, time-honored restaurants, and trendy snack shops nearby, covering all your dining and shopping needs – no need to worry about transportation or finding food.

The service was incredibly warm and heartfelt! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, checking me in and out super quickly. They also offered tea, patiently guided me through membership operations, and even thoughtfully helped me upgrade my room type and extend my check-out time. You need to use your card to access the elevator, which provides a great sense of security. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly, responding promptly to any requests. I felt a family-like warmth throughout my stay.

The room experience exceeded expectations! As soon as I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and tidy it was, with no odd smells. The space was well-planned, spacious, and bright. The bedding was soft and comfortable, neither too firm nor too soft – even someone like me, who often struggles with insomnia, slept soundly through the night. The bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries, and the hot water came quickly and steadily, making for a fantastic shower experience. High-speed Wi-Fi covered the entire room, and all facilities were available, including a practical laundry room, making it perfectly fine for a week-long stay. Attention to detail was evident everywhere.

The hotel's value for money is particularly noteworthy. The price is affordable, yet you get such a high-quality accommodation experience. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty, setting a vibrant start to the day. The room's soundproofing was excellent, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, allowing the fatigue of travel to melt away in a good night's sleep.

Whether it's the convenience of transportation, the thoughtfulness of the service, or the comfort of the stay, Grace Hotel Shanghai Railway Station branch is impeccable. I've already added it to my go-to list for Shanghai trips and will definitely choose it again next time. I'll also recommend it to my friends – it's genuinely worth choosing!

Convenient and affordable, located not far from my company! The room's warm lighting was cozy and not harsh, and the bedding was clean with no strange odors. The front desk helped store my luggage, and breakfast was hot and filling. It's also close to the bus station, making both travel and my stay worry-free!

The room is really big, the projection is very clear, the hotel service is also very good, if you need anything, basically just make a phone call and it will be delivered. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the hotel also provides parking coupons.

I have lived here many times. I usually live here when my husband works overtime. This time I took my family to Xinhua Hospital to check my body. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. I saw that our situation was special and took the initiative to help us extend the check-out time. It is recommended.

Very clean and, most importantly, affordable. It's also close to the scenic spots. I highly recommend staying here.

This time I was traveling alone and encountering such a hotel really added a lot to my trip. From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel the meticulous service. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and fast. They also introduced me to the surrounding attractions and food. After entering the room, the first impression is that it is clean and tidy. The bed was made meticulously, the sheets and quilts were immaculately white, and exuded a fresh smell. The floor is spotless and there is no dust or debris in the corners. The bathroom facilities are also very clean, the toiletries are neatly placed, the drainage in the shower room is smooth, and there is no water stain left. During my stay, I encountered some minor problems, such as the air conditioning temperature adjustment in the room was not very sensitive. When I reported it to the front desk, the maintenance staff rushed to the room quickly, quickly solved the problem, and were friendly and patiently explained to me the possible causes of the problem, which made me feel very at ease. In addition, the hotel's health services are also worthy of praise. Staff will clean the room on time every day, change towels and replenish toiletries. The public areas are also kept in a good state of cleanliness, which makes people feel happy. Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay. The hotel not only performs well in terms of service, but also impeccable in terms of hygiene. The cleanliness of the room provided me with a comfortable resting environment, and the efficient and responsible attitude of the staff helped me solve the problems I encountered, making me feel the warmth of home during my trip. If I have the opportunity to travel again in the future, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

The hotel is very close to Yanshan Metro Station, and there is free parking at the entrance. Within a 15-minute walk, there is a Huaguan Supermarket, restaurants, breakfast stalls, and an Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. The surrounding area is very quiet after 9 PM. The family room can accommodate 3-4 people. Upon entering, there are two single beds, and in the inner room, there is a double bed. Both rooms have wall-mounted air conditioners and TVs, as well as individually controlled lights. The rooms are small, and the sink, toilet, and shower are rather cramped. The quality of the disposable slippers and toilet paper is worse than in other three-star hotels; there are no tissues, and disposable paper cups are used instead of ceramic cups.

Geya Hotel is located in Jimei Furniture City. It does not face the street. You can take a taxi to the door, which is very convenient.
From the guy at the front desk to the aunt who cleans the guest rooms, they are all very enthusiastic and attentive. Even the food delivery robots are adorable.
The guest rooms are relatively well-equipped. The TV can be projected. The bedding is clean and warm. The hot water is super good. The ventilation is also good. Luckin is next door, and the hotel itself also has breakfast options.
Because it is a budget hotel, the sound insulation is slightly poor. Friends who are very light sleepers are recommended to wear earplugs.

When traveling, the most important things are food, accommodation, and transportation. The breakfast was quite palatable, and the room was clean and spacious. Since we were driving a new energy vehicle, there was a charging station in the backyard, which was very convenient as we could charge it when we returned in the evening. The place we stayed was near Slender West Lake, but a bit far from He Garden.

The service is very good, the room is very new and clean, the whole house is smart, I feel that it is very cost-effective to stay overnight, and the yard parking lot is very large. It is a very good hotel, recommended

The room is good, very new, smart toilet and curtains, equipped with small degree, facilities are very complete, there are type c and usb charging ports, the bed is comfortable, the service is also very good, borrowed the printer and printed a, the price is not bad, overall satisfaction.

🌟 Five-star full score recommendation! Yangzhou Geya Hotel (Slender West Lake Wutinglong Branch) is awesome! The location is excellent, super close to the Slender West Lake, convenient for travel. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable and sleepy. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the stay is efficient, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Complete facilities, free parking, laundry room, gym, high cost performance, next time you come to Yangzhou, choose here!
