I just checked into this hotel, which opened last year, and the experience was absolutely amazing! First off, the location gets full marks – it's right in the heart of the city center. You step downstairs and you're in a bustling commercial district, with a direct view of Jiefangbei, and it's super close to all the main attractions. It's both convenient and quiet. The room facilities are brand new, featuring a smart toilet, a large-screen TV, and really high-quality furniture. The details are impeccably maintained. The breakfast was so abundant it gave me decision paralysis, with everything from Chinese pastries to Western baked goods, and even a special Chongqing food station. Everything was fresh and delicious. What I want to praise most is the service; from the front desk during check-in to the room service, everyone was incredibly warm and professional, making me feel right at home. I'm extremely satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting for leisure or business!

The hotel is brand new and quite centrally located. The decor leans towards a modern, light luxury style. The air conditioning is incredibly quiet and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff was lovely, upgrading us to a suite during check-in and thoughtfully providing a local map. We also received complimentary welcome fruits and a mini-bar, which was a nice touch. Compared to the older five-star hotels on the rest of our trip, this place offered incredible value for money across the board. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant, was professional and enthusiastic. Breakfast was excellent overall; the bacon was perfectly cooked, the soft-boiled poached eggs were beautifully presented, and the noodle bar was a highlight! This was my first stay at a Four Points by Sheraton, and I was thoroughly impressed!

Rooms were clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable, and the toilets were also relatively clean and spacious. Service was good and the staff were able to speak some English. We got the breakfast which had a better and wider spread compared to our previous hotel. The breakfast timing was 6.30am to 10.30am, but after they kept the food at 10.30am, they let us stay to eat until 11am+ which was very gracious. Overall, quite worth a stay and lives up to its brand name.

Overall, the Four Points by Sheraton is a good hotel. I chose it because I needed to return my rental car at Chongqing North Railway Station and then catch the high-speed train. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. My only slight complaint was that after registering my car number, I only had 15 minutes to exit the parking garage. Waiting for the elevator, loading the car, and then finding the exit felt a bit rushed in 15 minutes.

This Four Points by Sheraton is better than many others in different cities. The facilities are new, the service is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and the air conditioning works great. The price is also very reasonable, offering great value for money. On the first night, we stayed in a family room, which was spacious with one bedroom and a living room. We later changed our plans and checked out a day early. When we returned, the family rooms were all booked, but the king-size room was also very good, with a sofa large enough for an adult to sleep on. Many other hotels in Yongchuan don't have suitable family rooms.

The front desk staff, Xiao Tang and Xiao Yuan, were very friendly. They gave balloons to the children and patiently answered all our questions. They are two particularly lovely young ladies.

1. The hotel is very new, spacious and bright, with a strong sense of design. 2. The view of the park is very good outside the window. 3. The location is very close to the museum Wanda Plaza next to the district government. 4. The gym and laundry are very convenient. 5. The staff is warm and spiritual.

The room was very nice, clean and tidy. Parking was ample, and the hotel location was good. The service was especially excellent, with a wide variety of breakfast options, and the noodles were particularly delicious.

This was my first stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai Pudong, and it far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, just 16.8 km from Pudong International Airport, and they offer a free shuttle service directly to the airport, making travel convenient and stress-free for catching flights. The dining options around the hotel are also great, with various restaurants right outside, so daily meals are incredibly easy to find without any hassle.

What truly stood out was the front desk service. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, professional, and efficient. Check-in was smooth and quick, and they patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, showing thoughtful attention to detail everywhere. I especially remember nearing 12 PM, a lovely front desk staff member on duty walked me to the shuttle with an umbrella during the rain – that level of meticulous service made me feel incredibly warm. Overall, the stay was excellent, making this definitely a top-notch choice for a trip to Shanghai.

Excellent location: hundreds of stores, restaurants, cafes, international fast food restaurants, grocery stores, fruit shops etc. within 2 minutes walking distance, 3 minutes walking distance to Shanghai Circus and ERA acrobatic performance theatre, 5 minutes walking distance to 2 metro stations along Line 1. Nice room with comfortable bed, safe box, iron and ironing board, a hotel spa, etc. Nice breakfast with some minor deficits (no butter, no jam, the marmelads taste strangely, the pineapple juice does not taste pineapple, the coffee options Americano and Latte do not taste Americano and Latte). Fast check-in but slow checkout probably because I handed over a list of items I had taken from the minibar and to give me receipt prolonged the checkout. However, these were minor issues and should not impact the rating.

The Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Pudong is in an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was great. The service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The breakfast selection was plentiful. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. It's perfect for both business trips and tourism, highly recommended.

Facilities: A bit dated, but well-maintained and perfectly acceptable.
Hygiene: Clean, tidy, and spotless.
Environment: Quiet and comfortable. I've been coming to Disneyland for years and always choose this hotel. No need for a shuttle – it's about 500 meters to the metro station, just two stops away, which is incredibly convenient. It's perfect for a relaxed and comfortable multi-day Disneyland trip.
Service: Very warm and attentive, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast.
The hotel complex also has several chain coffee shops, so you have plenty of options even if you don't choose the hotel breakfast.

This is a must-stay if you're visiting Legoland with kids! 🤗 After much deliberation, we chose this hotel for our May Day trip, and it lived up to expectations with its consistent quality facilities. What truly stood out was the excellent service. The hotel provided shuttle service to and from Legoland both morning and evening, a convenient 30-minute ride. The hotel's own drivers were incredibly professional, and they even had air fresheners in the car – such a thoughtful touch! We were especially touched when the 7 PM shuttle specifically came to pick up just two groups of guests. Highly recommend for families with children!

We were upgraded to a bigger room, it was spacious. Bed was comfortable. The complimantry night snack tasted good. It's close to the place we wanted to visit for our business. Recommend for business travellers.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. We stayed at a hotel near the border crossing in advance of our trip to Hong Kong, which was very convenient for crossing early in the morning and getting ahead of the queues. 

The check-in experience could be improved slightly. There weren't many staff members at the reception when we checked in during the afternoon, so we had to wait quite a while, but their service and responsiveness to complaints were excellent.

While the room wasn't brand new (understandable given its age), it was clean, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job.

I was in Shenzhen for a business trip and saw this hotel online near the airport. Hearing it was a new hotel, I decided to book a room and try it out, and I'm very satisfied! The hotel lobby has direct access to the MixC mall, which makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel's design style is quite comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The bar, gym, and laundry room on the 4th floor are perfect for business travelers like me. The front desk staff was professional and efficient, and the cleaning staff greeted me politely. The room was spacious, and most importantly, clean and tidy. When I checked out, I saw there's a direct bus to Hong Kong right outside the hotel, which is so convenient! Next time, I'll stay a couple more days and pop over to Hong Kong.

The facilities are incredibly comprehensive. The public areas offer cozy sofas, shared charging stations, and even foosball, showing great attention to detail. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; I couldn't find a single flaw, and the bedding was super comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, check-in was swift, and any requests were handled promptly. The whole experience was fantastic, making for a truly comfortable stay. Highly recommend! 🥰

The Four Points by Sheraton was a recommended hotel by the conference I was attending and proved an excellent choice for location to the event. The hotel amenities met a high standard. What most impressed me were the staff. 

My flight to Shenzhen was delayed multiple times which meant I had to call ahead to warn of my late arrival. Even though using English, the staff were able to help and understand my dilemma, assuring me that my issue had been noted and would be passed on to the relevant staff on shift. When I did finally arrive at 5am there was no issue checking in and accessing my room.
