The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops, making transportation incredibly easy. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious, and the room environment is excellent. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. I specifically chose this hotel in the city center for my trip to Shanghai, and I'm so glad I wasn't disappointed. I had a very satisfying stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Shanghai next time.

I was on a temporary business trip near Pudong South Road, and all the hotels in the area were over my budget. After searching around, I found eLong Hotel. It was newly opened with discounted prices. It's about a ten-minute walk from Metro Line 2, and surprisingly, it's on Rushan Road! The street is bustling with local life and eateries. The hotel has its own courtyard. The front desk staff, both the young man and woman, were super friendly and helpful. They arranged a quiet room for me, a large double room that was quite spacious and clean. The soundproofing was good, and the bedding, especially the pillows, was very comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet, with small wontons and noodles, quite a variety, and it all tasted good. There are many unique small restaurants and grocery stores nearby, which is very convenient.

The hotel is super convenient, less than fifty meters from the subway exit, which is a lifesaver when you're traveling with family and a lot of luggage. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and pre-booking saved us a lot of time during check-in. There's also a laundry room on the first floor and complimentary hot drinks available.

I must say, the service at this hotel is top-notch! From check-in to check-out, every detail made me feel comfortable and satisfied. Whether it was the front desk or housekeeping, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The hotel facilities are also very complete, meeting all my needs.

I had to book a last-minute room for an urgent business trip and picking the Yixuan Anlai Hotel at 930 West Shanxi Road was a great decision, no regrets at all! ⭐ I arrived late at night but check-in was quick, and the 24-hour front desk staff were always on duty. The lobby was bright and clean, with soft sofas in the waiting area 🛋️. There's a 24-hour convenience store just a two-minute walk away, super handy for grabbing last-minute essentials. Plus, the metro covers the whole city, so I didn't have to rush for early morning meetings. The room layout was compact and practical, the bedding was fluffy and soft, and the double curtains provided excellent blackout and noise reduction, perfect for a quick rest to recharge. The entire room was spotlessly clean, with no water marks on mirrors or floors. Hot water in the bathroom was instant, and a full set of toiletries was provided 🧴. The high-speed WiFi was seamless for urgent online work, and the mini desk was just right for my laptop and documents. They offer free luggage storage and 24-hour drinking water, and there's a self-service laundry room for emergency washing. The staff were friendly and gentle. This was truly the best solution for a temporary business trip stay.

The hotel's ambiance is really good. Even though there's no elevator, the front desk lady was very proactive in helping me with my luggage and even brought me a drink. The service is excellent, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

We spontaneously decided to stay here for a trip to Disney during Chinese New Year with our family of four.

**Location:** The location is great, with many shops around. It's very convenient for shopping, dining, and late-night snacks.

**Room:** We booked a family room, but our room had a rather unpleasant smell, probably from the sewer since we were on the lowest floor. The bathroom area was particularly smelly. When we first opened the door, there was a strong perfume scent, which I assume the hotel used to try and cover up the odor, but it didn't really work.

**Breakfast:** It turned out to be KFC, just a set meal, not a buffet. If I had known that, I wouldn't have booked a room rate that included breakfast.

**Service:** The staff service was just average. Perhaps because it was Chinese New Year, most of them seemed quite perfunctory and lacked smiles. Also, you couldn't check in early. I mean, if you went in the morning to drop off luggage and tried to check in at the same time, they would refuse and tell you to come back in the afternoon when a room was available. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation; usually, you can check in first and then just go straight to your room when you return at night!

**Overall:** I probably won't stay here again if I go to Disney next time. The overall experience wasn't very good.

The hotel reception offers complimentary freshly ground coffee, which tastes really good. Having a cup in the morning before heading out for work is very refreshing. Yangxindong Road outside the hotel is lined with lush greenery, which feels very healing and the environment is beautiful. The lobby is bright and sunny, and also equipped with office desks. The front desk staff are very helpful and actively resolve any issues. The room is quite spacious and kept very clean. The smart toilet even comes with disposable disinfecting wipes, and disposable mouthwash cups are also individually packaged, which shows great attention to detail. Highly recommended!

✨ Shanghai Disneyland Vicinity | Xiuyan Road Accommodation | First Two Nights' Stay Experience

📍Location: Very close to Xiuyan Road subway station ✅, and the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from Disneyland, making trips to the park hassle-free.

🏨Rooms: The rooms are relatively new and the hygiene is acceptable.

🤖Smart robot can deliver takeout and hangers, which was a good experience; the self-service laundry room solves the hassle of washing clothes while traveling, though you might have to queue during peak hours, so it's advisable to go during off-peak times.

⚠️Minor drawback: Only disposable slippers are provided, which are very slippery when wet. Please be extra careful when showering. It's recommended to bring your own non-slip slippers.

💫Summary: As a transitional accommodation for a two-day trip to Disneyland, the overall value for money is excellent.

I chose this hotel again, and the overall experience was consistently good. I stayed here once before and was impressed with the cleanliness and service, so when I had business in Pudong this time, I booked it again. The hotel is close to Beiyangjing Road subway station, making it very convenient to get to Lujiazui and Century Avenue. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, so the location is perfect for both leisure and business travelers.

This time I stayed in a deluxe king room. The room was clean and tidy overall, with good lighting and spaciousness. There was no strange smell upon entering, and the bedding was neatly arranged. The mattress was neither too soft nor too hard, allowing for a comfortable night's rest. The smart toilet and 4K screen mirroring were both very practical, especially the easy connection for screen mirroring. Watching movies back at the hotel in the evening was a great experience. The air conditioning, hot water, and other basic amenities were all stable, with no issues that affected my stay.

The front desk staff always provided excellent service. Check-in was fast, and they were patient and helpful with any questions or problems. The room cleaning was also thorough, showing that the hotel does a good job with hygiene and daily maintenance. Overall, it's not a flashy hotel, but all the necessary facilities, cleanliness, and service are well-executed, making for a worry-free stay. Considering the location, room conditions, and price, it offers great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I'm in the area.

The hotel has been renovated, but the bathroom is still old and run-down. The overall environment is just average. Service was okay, though I was surprised they required a deposit in this kind of place.

Environment: So-so
Cleanliness: So-so
Facilities: The bathroom is extremely old and dilapidated
Service: Front desk service was decent

The hotel is very close to the arcade, and it is also very close to the South Gate Night Market of Hainan University. The hotel service is very good and the environment is good. The facilities are well equipped. The washing machine dryer is available. The bed is also very good for one guest. I have the opportunity to stay again next time.

Overall it's pretty good. The only drawback is that the room facilities are a bit old. Everything else is fine. The service staff are very welcoming. The check-in experience is pretty good. It's very convenient to order takeout or eat nearby. The room is quite spacious. The most important thing is that it has Free parking is very important to us as out-of-towners. This can be arranged.

The room was large and empty. It's close to the airport, and accommodation expenses can be reimbursed. The price was relatively cheap.

Other than that, there's nothing good about it.

Downstairs is an area with many take-out restaurants, so there are a lot of electric scooters coming and going, even when I arrived past 1 AM. People were still eating BBQ and drinking downstairs, and I could hear them smashing bottles and chatting even on the sixth floor. The soundproofing is terrible; you can clearly hear anyone talking in the hallway. So if you arrive in the early morning, you'll disturb those who have already checked in, and similarly, people leaving for early flights will wake you up.

As soon as I opened the bathroom door, a sewage smell hit me.

The bedding was also very poor. It claimed to be a 'zero-pressure mattress,' but in reality, it was just a regular mattress.

I compared it to the photos on the platform, and they must be computer-generated. In reality, it's just like a guesthouse in a small town.

From check-in to check-out, the whole process is worry-free, the front desk is very fast, the room is quiet and hygienic, the environment is elegant, the room layout is reasonable, the service is intimate, a great stay experience! I really recommend it to everyone! Recommended stay, there are also food nearby, convenient transportation, convenient check-in experience is very good, the front desk is recommended

The room wasn't large, but it had everything you needed. The hotel's location was excellent, with a subway station just a short walk away, which was very convenient. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

1. The location of the hotel is very good to find, and the taxi follows the navigation.
2. There is a small slope in the hotel corridor that needs to be paid attention to!
3. Invoicing in the store is also very fast! Add WeChat at the front desk, and the housing does not need to be deposited! Praise!

The room was clean and tidy, the lighting was good, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk service was warm and the check-in and check-out speed was very fast. The location is convenient, it is convenient to eat and drink around, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the hot water is stable. The overall experience exceeded expectations, the price is good, I will choose this next time, recommended!

The service attitude of everyone in the hotel is very good, making people feel very comfortable. The hotel is very distinctive, with complete facilities and brown sugar ginger tea! It takes three minutes to get to Line 3. It is said that the entrance will be open to the Confucius Temple in the spring. The environment around the hotel is very good. There are many foods around the hotel, which are quite diverse.
