The location is a little bit far away from any attractions, the second night we didn't have any hot water, and waited from 7 pm -10 pm. During the time, we called front desk, but they only said they would check the maintenance, then hang out, never call us back. Our families were disappointed with their service

I usually don’t write reviews but in case any of you are immunocompromised or care about cleanliness, I felt that I should warn you. I ended up have a nightmare of a stay for a few hours here. I was in town for my grandmother's funeral. I arrived quite tired after my flight and having worked earlier. Initially, things were fine. Check in went smoothly and quickly thankfully. I reserved a one bedroom suite. All I wanted to do was eat dinner, shower and sleep. After dinner arrived via uber eats, I ate in the living area and watched tv. About two hours into my stay, I went to the washroom and noticed a hair on the folded towels. Gross. I went over to the bed and noticed hairs on the top blanket and pillowcase. I lifted the blanket and found more hairs. Clearly, a new blanket and linen was not placed on the bed. Instead, I imagine the staff just remade the bed using the linen the previous guest used. I also noticed a stain on the top blanket and one of the pillowcases. So I went down and spoke to the front desk. The guy there had a hoodie on, I didn’t get his name, I guess the hoodie covered the name tag. I told him about the hairs, he seemed surprised, look at the computer and said there aren’t any other rooms available. I told him, “that’s fine, I would like to just leave. Please cancel my reservation.” He then became rude and said “you checked in two hours ago, if you had told me right away, I could have done something. I can’t cancel your reservation.” I tried to explain to him that I had been eating dinner and didn’t think to immediately inspect the linen and towels when I first got to the room. Because when paying over $300 CAD a night for a hotel room, I like to assume that the room will be clean. I guess that was my mistake. He started talking over me and repeating himself over and over. I kept trying to explain, “I don’t want another room. I want the rest of my stay cancelled.” I had reserved the room for three nights. But he just continued talking over me. Finally, I told him I would call customer service and left. It was very upsetting conversing with someone so rude and unapologetic. Back in the room, I called customer service. The agent I spoke to was very kind and apologized despite it not being her fault. She agreed that I should be able to assume that the room would be clean and shouldn’t need to inspect the bed and towels when I first get to the room. She unfortunately couldn’t cancel my stay since it was still active and said that the hotel staff would have it cancel it. She said she would send a message to the hotel to let them know of the cleanliness issue. I then looked for a new hotel to stay at and fortunately found one close by and left. As I was leaving (this was about 3 hours after arriving), I saw a different guy at the front desk. I gave him my keys and told him I was leaving and to please check me out. He was confused as he had seen me check in earlier. I explained to him what h

Great stay at a nice, new modern hotel. Room was comfortable. Got “upgraded”to one of the larger rooms with 2 queens at check in. Lots of space for me and my family, and the kids could watch 1 tv, while the adults watched the other. Plenty of free parking. Lots of restaurants in the immediate area. Breakfast buffet was fine. The only thing I would add is that the pool could have been a bit warmer. Dorothea at the front desk was amazing! Will stay again if in the area…

On April 23rd, 2022, my partner and I arrived at the Holiday Inn – Mississauga/Toronto West – 100 Brittania Rd East. We came to the hotel at 1pm for early check in thinking that the pool was open (as per the call agent who took my reservation), only to find out that the pool was not open, and it was “closed for maintenance”. This was not disclosed earlier when I booked the reservation, there was no mention of the pool being closed. I was very excited to use the pool as it was my birthday weekend, and it was my plan to use this amenity as soon as I arrived. I asked for them to amend the reservation to a cheaper price, however they said that the reservation had already been amended to include the new price (without a functioning pool). Regardless, my partner and I arrived to our room (Room 211) and after using the toilet, we find out that the toilet does not work. I called the front desk to notify them of this, and we agreed to switch rooms. We received a new room (Room 212), directly across from our previous room, and to no surprise, this toilet did not work either. The entire ordeal was discussed with the front desk and I asked if we should move hotels as they did not have any functioning toilets. The front desk clerk stated that “this was very unusual” and that they will have someone come look at it right away. While the custodian was fixing the toilet in the new room (Room 212), my partner had realized that he left his vape pen in the first room (211). He asked the housekeeper if he could go into the room to retrieve it, the lady said they did not find anything in the room we just left (this all happened within 30 minutes of leaving the first room). Altogether, the toilet was poorly fixed, as the same issue kept happening all night in room 212. Later on that night, we were told that the 2nd floor had recently been renovated, as there were pencil marks still on the walls. Futhermore, around 3pm that day, I decided to take a shower. As I got out of the shower, I dried myself with a towel, only to find it was stained with someone else’s makeup (what looked like eyeliner from both eyes). *See pictures below* It was clear that the towel was not cleaned and bleached properly as the make up had been stained onto the white towel (GROSS). We decided there was no point of addressing this with the front desk (as the lady was also disgruntled over the phone) and we just decided to go on with the night and make a mental note to never come back to the holiday Inn EVER AGAIN! But wait… IT GETS BETTER!!! On Sunday, April 24th, the next morning, as we were cleaning up to check out of the hotel, we went to check on our friends in various other rooms. At approximately 10:50am, my friends and I were all in the elevator going to meet up in my room (Room 212) only to find out that our key cards were no longer working. We went to the lobby, completely disoriented, and asked why our key cards weren’t working anymore. The lady at the front desk, a young Indian lady (sh

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay before flying across to LA . On arrival , the lobby seemed a little dingy , however , we were warmly welcomed, and although our room wasn’t ready ( as we were early ) we were offered a place to sit , our luggage to be stored , and a cup of coffee so all was good ! When we got access to our room , we were pleasantly surprised , it was spacious , spotlessly clean , comfy beds , a nice bathroom , everything you need for an overnight stay . We went into the bar / pub in the hotel , have to say the bar tender was AMAZING ,he had a knack of keeping everyone happy , he engaged , cleaned tables , took food orders , delivered said food orders , cleared away , and no one sat with an empty glass ! He really was an excellent bar tender , I would happily employ him ! ! Food and wine standard were excellent also ! Free airport shuttle , so , all in all , I’d say this is an excellent choice for a night before or after a flight , give it a try !

A star-rated chain hotel located in the heart of Mississauga, Toronto, with a prime location, not far from Square One, about 10 minutes away. No worries about shopping and eating.
The hotel room is very clean. Although the room is not very big, it is no problem for 3 adults to stay in a double bed. The hotel has a paid parking garage. When leaving the hotel, the settlement is based on the number of days parked. The front desk service is also very good. The price is acceptable, and I will choose to stay here next time.
It is even more convenient to rent and return a car, just opposite the hotel.

NNshonaI just love staying at their hotel the atmosphere and the ambiance is amazing always like to check is their hotel is available to stay one of my favourite hotels to stay.
I'm thrilled about my experience at the Hampton Inn! The service here is good, from the impeccably clean rooms to the outstanding customer service and delicious breakfast. Bella, who works in the breakfast room, truly impressed me with her warm demeanour and exceptional service. Additionally, although I don't know her name, the dedication of the housekeeper in ensuring that my room was always clean made me feel comfortable when sleeping in this room. It's clear that every staff member here goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
GGuest UserMy Wife and I stayed at this hotel last month and it was absolutely the WORST hotel we've ever stayed in. I'm still in shock that this is a Marriott brand in this time we are living in. I booked a Jacuzzi suite to hopefully get my hard working wife some much needed time away and weekend of pampering. When we arrived in the room it was an average clean room, We began doing our own sanitization which is normal to do in these times we're living in but, we very quickly realized that the cleaning we were doing was not enough. I went to the store and bought some more cleaning products to do my own cleaning. I was trying hard not to call the front desk to have someone come in and clean the room but the shocker was when we turned on the water and started to fill up the tub, we then started seeing these black things floating around in the tub which can be seen in the pics. I then called and asked what will be done, they offered some discounts and a room change but they had no more jacuzzi rooms. We decided to go with the change. We switched rooms and ran out to get something to eat. When we returned we did our walk around to check cleanliness. All the other pics besides the tub was from the new room we got. HAIR WAS EVERYWHERE!! found a hat under the table, hair on the sheets, hair on the towels, We were in total shock that we had issues with the first room, you'd think they would make sure the next room would be in great condition, but we decided to go and buy our own sheets and blankets and cover everything and then throw it out the next morning. They did give us the room at no cost after all the problems we had but I felt compelled to let anyone thinking to book this hotel to BEWARE! We will NOT be coming back to this hotel ever!!! My wife's friend stopped by as well for a few hours and when she returned to her vehicle and started her car, it was very loud. Come to find out when she began driving she could get her car over 20km/hr she brought it to the dealer the next day and found out someone tried to steel her catalytic converter while she was parked at the hotel. We were so embarrassed that that happen to her while she was visiting. My weekend of pampering my wife was an absolute disaster. My message to management is it's still COVID and extra effort should be made to clean and sanitize rooms and there should be no exceptions. IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!!
FFirstChannelThis Suites is excellent, many free parking spaces, come with breakfast, room is very very clean, and comfortable. Front desk is nice and helpful. Will come back for sure.
GGuest UserThe room was very clean. A few minor repairs were needed. The floor lamp had a broken switch which meant the only way to turn it on and off was to unplug it. The outside shower door handle was off and sitting in corner of the bathroom. These I could deal with. However when I went down to breakfast there was nothing there except for some bagels and a few muffins. There were also cheerios. You could have coffee, but if you don't drink coffee which I do not you were out of luck. When I questioned the staff I was told they were supposed to receive breakfast supplies yesterday but they did not arrive. The warming trays were empty except for a handful of tired hash browns. I was told that was left over from the day before when they had bacon, sausages, and eggs. There was nothing today, This also made me wonder about the milk for the cerial. Had it been left out since yesterday? I was not willing to risk it. The cooler was empty, with no juice or yogurt. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the breakfast. This hotel is in a metropolitan area so there was no excuse not to have someone pick up breakfast supplies. Instead, the management chose to let paying customers to go without. I felt bad for the staff who were left to deal with the fallout.
