Found cockroaches in our room, our second night stayed. Bugs. Manager never responded to my complaint. Beware there end of building has live in, parking lot dark and dirty. Choice Hotel customer service sucks. I would never recommend my friends to stay there.

Our stay isn't even over yet & it's the worst experience I've ever had. We arrived Sunday. The first room we got was gross & a bug crawled on me in the chair. Tuesday breakfast no eggs or sausage & coffee machines broken. Impossible to get towels. One front desk person tells me she will put towels in a bag & set them by our room door. When that didn't happen I asked the day front desk lady. She was immediately confrontational & said they can't do things that way.

I chose this location due to the lack of availability at my first choice. Won't be back. The room smelled like dirty laundry. The room door didn't open and close easily and I really had to be firm with it to get it to close all the way. The bathroom sink needs a good cleaning. And of course, the cops showed up during the night. The best thing they could do is tear it down and start fresh.

Nice stay with clean rooms and good amenities. Friendly staff and front desk was helpful with our requests. Would recommend if you’re in the area for a budget friendly clean comfortable stay with a nice restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

Despite initial concerns from previous reviews, our stay pleasantly surprised us. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and quiet, and they offered a family-friendly to-go breakfast. Overall, our time at the hotel left a positive impression, and we would not hesitate to choose it again for future stays.

The Quality Inn in Brainerd exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, spacious rooms, and reasonable pricing. It was unique in that half of the hotel is an Econo Lodge, but that didn't affect my experience. Despite a minor issue with the heater in my room, the staff promptly addressed it and relocated me to a room with a functioning heater. The grab-and-go breakfast had a decent selection. Overall, it was a great stay and offered better value compared to other brands.

Checked in then went to check out the room. Fridge door was open with a towel on the bottom of the fridge. So clearly broken. Also the gasket was covered in mold. Ew. Went to check out the bathroom, black mold all over the ceiling. I go ask front desk for a different room. Who would stay in a room with all that mold? They didn't have anything available so I asked for a refund, the guy said of course, then I left. Guess I should have gotten the refund in print before leaving because they still charged me! So don't stay here if you have any dislike of mold because they don't seem to understand why someone would expect not to pay for a moldy room.

If you are on the brink of homelessnes, this is your stop. It provides shelter and nothing more. No hot water at all. Not a drip. Exposed wires on the hairdryer. We had to shoulder jam the door to open it. Truly a horror show. And I could deal with all of this except the price!!! My God!!! $379 for two nights!! Horrible. Do not stay here. Pitch a tent alongside the road. It'd be more luxurious.

Horrifyingly disgusting and sketchy. The room was unclean, the room keys didn't work, the lights in the room didn't work, there was no lock on the door and the walls were paper thin. Then there was the lack of parking, loitering in the parking lot and obvious drug use in the parking lot. Never have I stayed somewhere I have felt so dirty and UNSAFE. I will NEVER pay money to stay at a Quality Inn again!
