FILTHY!! Smells of pot and cigarette smoke, bedbugs, dirty floor, sheets etc...I don't think the sheets had been washed from the previous person who stayed in our room. I woke up with bed bug bites on my arm. DO NOT STAY HERE. The health department should shut this place down.

Do not stay here! It is filthy!! It smells. If I hadn’t been so tired I would have left. I took pictures & sent them in. They do not care. Horrible response, if you could call it that. They is no customer satisfaction.

Love Mrs nacy and Mrs Maryjane very nice and helpful the owners are very nice as well hotel is very clean there's nothing I could even complain on I would always stay here make u feel like family and like u are home

Rooms linen wear dirty, greasy, and had cigarette burn holes. When toilet oveflowed we were told by management to get a plunger and fix it and yelled at for using provided towels to clean up the mess. Morning personnel extremely lazy, refused to refill "breakfast items". Milk offered in gallon jug was warm and a week expired for the cereal. In the room fridge was covered in mold and mildew. Room door was not secure and looked like swat had ripped it off it's hinges and it was never fixed. Most residents of the hotel wake and bake as the entire hotel stinks of skunky ****. And of course the pool is drained and will stay that way "for the summer".

The hotel is in a good area however it is far behind on repairs and maintenance. The hotel itself had terrible lighting inside and out, poor front desk service, and was grungy. The room had no additional deadbolt and was poorly cleaned. The carpet and bedding had stains on it. Two of the outlets were in disrepair and would not have passed a fire marshal inspection. The mini fridge compressor was loud and the back coil was ran excessively hot. The towel rack had been broken several times and poorly put back into place. The shower drain had to be completely pulled out for the water to drain. Had the price been significantly less than competitors, it may justify to stay in this terrible hotel. However this particular night the price was only $26 less than the competitor. Not worth the savings. Save your money and time on this one. It needs an overhaul.

Got the king hot tub room only to discover that the drain in the tub doesn’t close so at check out we tell the guy at the desk and he says I know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Started out with a room with a broken deadbolt, had to insist to the staff that that was not okay. Second room had a semi-functional toilet and bedbugs. I didn't end up staying here at all after that.

I’m very very dissatisfied it nothing as on website pictures I had jacuzzi suite I’m not happy owners was not friendly didn’t have iron or board in room couch needed to go to trash whole place needs remodeled and breakfast omg I’m not happy at all then i left jewelry call back they said it wasn’t in there lie
