Stayed over the weekend for a few days for a funeral. The food was okay but took so long to get because they’re short-staffed. The workers all seemed annoyed if you had any questions. After checkout I noticed my car, as well as multiple other vehicles had their windows and windshields smashed in the parking lot. It’s unfortunate it’s such a nice hotel physically, yet the area has a high crime rate and the hotel doesn’t have cameras or security throughout the parking lot. One worker was incredibly nice, I wish I got her name. She seemed concerned about the situation. When I noticed there was a ton of glass in the parking lot that little children were walking through, as well as multiple cars smashed and broken into, I went to alert the front desk where a woman said ‘I don’t know anything about it.’ I feel as though if a crime was committed at your hotel, it should’ve been communicated to the entire staff so they could at least act like they cared. They also could’ve possibly sent someone to clean up glass so no children fell or cut themselves on it, and so the hotel didn’t look like it was vandalized. Will not unfortunately stay here again.
