"I specifically came to Koh Phi Phi this time to experience the slow-paced island life of the locals, and I absolutely fell in love with this island! The little cats wandering everywhere on the streets were well-behaved and friendly, letting you pet them without fear. We randomly found a local travel agency and booked a pirate ship tour for 1800 Thai Baht, which was an amazing experience! We boarded at 12 PM and returned at 7 PM. This route only caters to island residents, so you don't have to deal with the large crowds from Phuket, making the experience completely different and much more comfortable. Compared to the bustling and noisy Phuket, Koh Phi Phi's overall atmosphere is much more relaxed. Instead of just recommending this hotel, I'd suggest that anyone visiting Phuket should definitely spend a night on Koh Phi Phi! The quality of hotels on the island doesn't vary much; generally, you get what you pay for. Accommodation is just a temporary stop; the true joy of Koh Phi Phi is never about the hotel itself. If you prefer a quiet, relaxing, and crowd-free vacation, then the northern part of Koh Phi Phi is highly recommended! The entire area is filled with high-end luxury hotels, most of which have private beaches, offering excellent privacy. Our stay this time was around Tonsai Pier, which is the most popular and lively core area of the island. You can choose between these two different vacation vibes according to your preference."

"The best facility in Phi Phi Island. It is a hidden paradise in Thailand. If you plan to experience real Thailand and you choose calmness over excitement you should not hesitate to stay in this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. The best experience in Thailand so far."

"This hotel is a classic case of stunning views but seriously lacking service and management. There's a complete disconnect between different departments and internal management is a mess. At lunch, the staff were sitting at the best sea-view table with a fan blowing directly on them, while guests had no fan! 😂 After we pointed it out, they turned it towards us. The location and views are definitely the strong points; the room facilities are good, with hillside sea views and a great restaurant view. However, the front desk and management are totally out of sync: senior management said there was a free speedboat shuttle, but the front desk said no. It's clear there's no internal training or communication. The dining issues were even worse: I found a fly in my Tom Yum soup, and they just refunded the money without any apology or explanation. Breakfast also had flies everywhere, and their measures to combat them were completely inadequate. The in-room phone ☎️ wasn't working, so I had to use the hotel app to message them for things like calling a car (due to the hillside location) or extra towels. The responses were a bit problematic and inconsistent."

"Great location if you’re looking for peace and quiet away from the crowds. If you miss the hustle and bustle or want to visit the clubs, you can take a private taxi boat to Tonsai for about 1,000 THB one way. We stayed in the Ocean Sunset Room. Just a heads-up: it’s located on a hill, about a 10-minute walk from the beach. Hotel has free buggy shuttle between 6:00-22:00. However, it's the perfect spot for sunset lovers since you can't actually see the sunset from the beach itself. Great value for couples! The private pool offers total privacy (perfect for swimming naked! :) )and an amazing view of the sun going down. The room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony, but it felt a bit dated. The main issue was the water pressure in the shower - it was extremely low, which was disappointing considering the price. Breakfast was okay, pretty standard. If you’re looking for a great meal nearby, check out a local restaurant called 'Banyan' -delicious food, fair prices, and excellent service."

"The room was super spacious, about 40 square meters, and the bathroom was also large, over 10 square meters. There were two balconies on each side, each nearly 10 square meters, offering spectacular sunrise and sunset views and the entire magnificent sea view. The mountain scenery was delightful. The cleanliness was excellent, and they even provided disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors, which is rare in Thailand. The stay was fantastic. The front desk lady was also very helpful, fluent in English, and spoke a little Chinese. We weren't charged extra for our child. I'm sure she'll be able to provide full Chinese service next time! We'll most likely choose this place again when we visit Koh Phi Phi. The kids' playground wasn't fully open, but the big slide looked great."

"It is definitely a good place to stay for five or six days! I feel that it is the most charming residence on Phi Phi Island, with a seaside cabin, close to nature, walking barefoot on the soft and white beach every day, blowing the sea breeze, and directly entering the relaxation and vacation mode. And the hotel is very quiet. In the morning, you can hear the birds singing and slowly get up, and then have a perfect breakfast. In the afternoon, you can take a nap in your room semi-outdoors and sit in a daze. Occasionally, a small family of three monkeys will visit your room, take some fruit and run away. The hotel's dining is the most upscale choice on this island. The cocktails are first-class, and the lamb chops are great! The spa is also lovely. The service level of the entire hotel is first-class and enthusiastic. Several employees, such as Ms. Ping, speak Chinese very well👍, and the general manager Mr. Becker can also speak some Chinese! In short, it is a perfect resort on Phi Phi Island."

"I scoured through all the hotels on Koh Phi Phi before finally settling on this one. It was quite a journey – during the Chinese New Year, it showed no availability, and I even emailed the hotel to confirm they were fully booked. But then, one day, luck smiled upon me and a room suddenly appeared, which I immediately booked! The hotel isn't right by the pier, which is great as it avoids the noisy bars that go on till late, yet it's still close enough to the pier. It's a mere 10-minute walk for transport, going out for snorkeling, or diving. The hotel also offers its own half-day boat tours, with direct boarding from the beach right in front, which is super convenient and very reasonably priced. The environment is simply stunning – a tranquil and cozy tropical rainforest villa. The pool, breakfast restaurant, and beach are all beautiful. The staff are warm and friendly, and their attention to detail is evident everywhere. Looking at other reviews, besides one overly dramatic negative comment, all others are overwhelmingly positive. The only drawback was that the shower water was a bit cold. It's a shame I only stayed for two nights. You can get a more visual sense from the pictures."

"Facilities: The garden villa room is spacious enough, with extra beds available in both the living room and bedroom, which was very convenient for our family of two adults and two children. The large balcony dried clothes quickly. However, the room was a bit old, the air conditioner was noisy, and the bathroom door creaked loudly every time it opened or closed. Service: We requested a room close to the snorkeling area in our booking, and they gave us a spot right in the middle of it, which was great. Upon arrival, we received welcome juice and a detailed resort explanation presented kneeling, a very nice touch. Food was delivered to the room, and overall, the service attitude was excellent. Environment: The resort has abundant vegetation and is quite expansive, making you feel like you're staying in a forest. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes; after lying by the pool for a short while, I ended up with seven bites on my back. Every morning around 5 or 6 am, you can hear monkeys, various large birds, and boats, making it difficult to sleep in. Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. Aside from that: On our first day, we went out to a restaurant recommended by reviews, and our whole family ended up with food poisoning, spending two days recuperating at the hotel. Before leaving the island, I felt a bit disappointed and decided to check out the underwater situation. Luckily, I spotted Nemo! Nemo's location: From the restaurant, walk along the beach to the first beachfront room with a pool. Enter the water and look about 1 meter outside the right side of the floating buoy area, as circled in the picture. The anemone isn't very big, only about 20 centimeters, so you'll need to look carefully."
