"This is a very traditional Japanese onsen ryokan. If you've never experienced this type of hotel before, it's an excellent choice. If the weather is good, you can enjoy the sunset. To sum up, if Cuiming Pavilion can book the only lake-view hot spring room, it is worth it. If you can't book it, then consider Song of Water. I don't think it is cost-effective near 4k here."
