"First off, the entrance to the property is a bit confusing, and it's not clear where you're supposed to go in. Once inside, we had to wait 20 minutes to get our key and access our room. The guy working there was very nice, though; he's the only one doing everything, so I understand he can't always be available. He recommended several things and gave us some tips for the island. We also booked an excursion through the hotel, which was cheaper, so that was great. The location is a 10-minute walk from Fira town, and parking around the hotel is very easy. The room is small but very comfortable and extremely clean. The mattress is large and quite comfortable. Regarding breakfast, I have mixed feelings. The concept is that you choose two items from a list the day before, and they deliver it to your room within a specified time slot. Personally, I find eating in the room uncomfortable; it restricts you to a schedule and doesn't allow for flexibility. It's plentiful, yes, but often I don't like it that much because I feel bad throwing food away. I prefer to choose what I'm actually going to eat. So, if I had to choose next time, I wouldn't opt for the breakfast option. It so happened that the pool wasn't operational during our stay, so we couldn't use it."

"This was the best stay I've had in Santorini! The location is great and they offer breakfast service. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options including yogurt, bread, fruit, coffee, juice, and nuts. The staff were also incredibly kind and even helped us with directions on a map. Free Wi-Fi is available too! The place was very clean and offered excellent value for money. We were able to watch both the sunset and the sunrise from here! Shampoo, body soap, and towels were all provided, making our stay very comfortable. The bus stop is also just a 10-15 minute walk away. I would definitely want to visit again when I go to Santorini! The part of the Jacuzzi bubble bath was also unexpectedly good. Although it was not an infinity pool, it was quite healing to lie in it and watch the stars.
