"I arrived at the airport late the night before, but the hotel's pick-up service was perfectly arranged. The driver was already waiting, and even proactively helped with my luggage, completely saving me the hassle of finding a taxi in the middle of the night. Upon arrival, front desk staff member #6 was incredibly friendly and polite, and check-in was very efficient. She also thoughtfully informed me of all the important details. After a long and tiring journey, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made me feel so much better, and the room environment was also excellent. The overall service was impeccable, I highly recommend this hotel! It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!"

"I spontaneously changed my reservation from the Nan Hilton to the Sheraton City Center, mainly because of its convenient location and easy access to transportation. The bustling commercial area downstairs offers plenty of dining options, and the hotel is relatively new, built in 2025. As it's in the city center, the rooms aren't as spacious as the Sheraton in Dali, but it's well-equipped despite its smaller size. Since we were three adults and one child, I discussed it with the front desk, and they kindly provided an extra adult's breakfast, which significantly enhanced our experience. We only stayed one night, so we didn't use the self-service laundry, but I've used it at the Dali Sheraton, and it's very convenient. If I visit Kunming again in the future, I'll definitely choose the Sheraton. Upon check-in, we received welcome fruits and drinks, and bottled water was available in the elevator lobby for guests to take freely, which was a nice and convenient touch. The hotel also has a well-equipped gym. The staff were not overly enthusiastic but maintained an appropriate distance, which was perfect for someone like me. My child was reluctant to leave and said they wanted to come back."

"Not far from Kunming High-speed Railway Station, within walking distance. Located in the old town, it's very lively with plenty of food options. The hotel service was excellent, and I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows! The view from the higher floors was great. There's a laundry room, and the 15-minute quick wash was super convenient after a day out. Excellent value for money, it will be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!"

"This hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable! It's right next to Cuihu Park, literally just steps away. You can walk to Yunnan University and Kunming Old Street in just a few minutes. The hotel is a bit older but very well-maintained and comfortable. Breakfast is definitely a highlight, with a wide selection of Chinese, Western, and local Yunnan specialties. The freshly cooked rice noodles are amazing, and their French pastries are also a signature item. Overall, my stay far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming!"

"The location is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Kunming Station. The rooms are on higher floors, and I think the soundproofing is pretty good for such a noisy area. The hotel service is excellent; you can always find staff even in the early hours. The breakfast spread is rich, though the restaurant lighting could be better. The elevators are the biggest issue! There are two separate elevators, and during busy times, they stop on almost every floor, but no one is there to get on or off! But overall, it's still a good hotel. ❤️"

"I stayed for 3 nights, and the hotel's location was excellent for getting around, very close to the old town, just a 10-15 minute walk. There are plenty of snack options nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, and the space felt quite generous, not at all cramped. All the toiletries were well-stocked. The drinks and snacks in the room were all complimentary, and every day they offered fresh local fruit and wine (we don't drink, so we declined). We also got a complimentary afternoon tea, and the Tiramisu was delicious, but I forgot to take a picture… Breakfast was also quite rich, with options like rice noodles, regular noodles, Er'si (a local specialty), wontons, and both Chinese and Western dishes. Overall, I was very satisfied and hope to visit again."

The hotel is only about 200 meters from Nanping Pedestrian Street, where you can find everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. "I checked into the Mengjing Wangyue Courtyard Hotel on August 21st, and my experience was absolutely amazing! This Chinese-style courtyard hotel, tucked away next to the Jinma Biji Archway on Kunming's Nanping Pedestrian Street, makes you feel relaxed the moment you step in. With its two courtyards, arhat pine bonsai, ancient well, and fish pond, even the air carries the scent of Pu'er tea – it perfectly balances tranquility with its bustling surroundings. The room features a black and white new Chinese style. The bedding was clean and soft, with yellow throw pillows and a bed runner adding just the right touch. The bathroom has a wet and dry separation, and all the fixtures have a brass finish – a detail-lover's dream! The biggest surprise was breakfast: freshly cooked Crossing-the-Bridge Noodles with a rich broth and a wide variety of toppings. The front desk staff, a few young ladies, were incredibly warm and helpful. They not only assisted with luggage and recommended local delicacies but also thoughtfully suggested old-fashioned snack shops nearby, giving clear directions. The hotel's public area also offers free refreshments and various experiences. Spending an evening in the courtyard, sipping Dianhong tea and watching the fish swim, felt like traveling back to the slow pace of old Kunming. The location is also unbeatable. It's a 6-minute walk to the Jinma Biji Archway, and Ri Jin Lou is right across the street, making it a one-stop shop for exploring, eating, and taking photos. Next time I'm in Kunming, I'll definitely stay here again – it's not that other hotels are struggling, it's just that this one perfectly balances ”local culture” and ”comfortable experience”!"
