Nous avons passé une nuit lors d'un voyage en moto. Hôtel bien situé, propre, chambre agréable. Le personnel est sympathique. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin et pas de superflu. La vue est dégagée. Garage fermé, gratuit pour les motos. Nous étions en demi pension. Le repas du soir est simple, copieux et savoureux. Le petit déjeuner est soigné et généreux. Les viennoiseries et le pain sont croustillants, de qualité.

This hotel was just okay. Odd that we had to walk through the parking garage to get to our rooms. The room was exceptionally small. The sink was right next to the bed. The toilet and shower were partitioned off by a curtain. The toilet had a glass door, but so close to being in the room that there was very little privacy. The room did not have a hairdryer so if we needed to contact the front desk we would have to walk up to the desk. The room also did not have a hairdryer (I assume you could get one from the front desk). Being on the TMB, this is fine, but not very comfortable.

Pretenzioso nell'aspetto, cade miseramente sui dettagli. Il lavandino a fianco al letto in camera. Finestra che guarda in strada, altezza uomo. (ho incontrato lo sguardo attonito di un passante a 50 cm). Una tenda divide il bagno dalla camera. Spazio di 50 cm quadrati tra porta del 'loculo' wc e del 'loculo' doccia. Si apre una sola delle due alla volta. Che dire della doccia da cui l'acqua esce invadendo tutto, camera compresa ? Tutti gli asciugamani stavano su un ripiano posto sotto il suddetto lavandino. Peccato che questo perdesse e fossero bagnati. Fatto presente alla reception mentre andavo a cena, l'uomo ha estratto da sotto il bancone degli asciugamani e me li ha ficcati in mano: ..＜＞. Colazione sommaria. Tutto questo circo è costato 135 € in due.

On arrival at Base Camp Lodge we were checked in by David who was very welcoming. We asked about the best way to return to Geneva airport the next day and he went out of his way to research the journey on our behalf looking at several options and reporting his findings to us while we had a drink at the bar. I just wanted to document that he went above and beyond for us and how much we appreciated his help. Thank you David.

We stayed here during our August 2024 TMB. We thought our accommodation for the night was fine. The room was clean and the breakfast was good We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was absolutely awful. We were exhausted after a long day and decided to just eat at the hotel. The burger was horrid and the pizza dough was undercooked throughout the center.

Cet endroit se trouve presque à l entrée de Bourg- Say - Maurice . C est un endroit où l on s’ y sent bien un peu comme un refuge .La vue sur les montagnes et la vallée y est reposante et tout cela accompagné de cockails ou autres boissons bien servis sur une terrasse ensoleillée . Les membres du personnel sont accueillants et soucieux de votre bien - être. Si vous recherchez un avant goût de montagne pour vous reposez ou tout simplement prendre un apéro , mangez un bout et pourquoi pas y passer la nuit vous êtes au bon endroit.

I stayed in bed two of dorm one. This is a 10 bed dormitory. The bathrooms were clean enough. We did have an issue because the toilets are inside a bathroom that also contains a glass shower and an outdoor door. The gentleman on that side of the room kept the outdoor door closed the entire time so we were not able to use the toilets. I had to go to the reception desk to have them talk to the men so that they would leave the outer door open, so the ladies could use the toilets. The reason I give this one star is BEDBUGS I woke up in the morning and found two bedbugs in my bed. Over the next day I developed dozens of bites. I had to miss a day hiking and go on oral steroids to get my allergic reaction under control. There are several very easy things this hotel could do to reduce or eliminate bedbugs. They should remove the carpet in the dorm room and eliminate all of the stuffed chairs and furniture and places where bedbugs hide.
