"We love Hotel Palace!!! This is the perfect hotel in Bormio for a family and friends ski holiday. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Taking the shuttle to the ski gondola is very easy, but also walking is very quick. The food is delicious, high quality and variety to suit everyone. The 4 course menu changes every night. Children can eat from the regular menu, but they also cater so well for fussy eaters with a choice of kid friendly pastas and meat dishes. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is very large and clean. The spa and jacuzzi are wonderful after skiing. Do not forget to see Bruno at the bar for pre-dinner drinks and nibbles!"

"The hotel's location is the best in Bormio. The location was so close to the slopes you could see the skiers from our bedroom window and close to the center of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, in the room is warm. Very good room cleaning. The bed is very comfortable, great mattress. The food was excellent. The restaurant buffet was diverse, both for breakfast and dinner. Staff in the restaurant perfect. Very beautiful interior of hotel lobby. On the lower ground floor there is a sauna, massage room. Warm lockers for skis and boots. We will definitely be back next year."
