"Service was a bit inconsistent. Clare was fantastic—she remembered we were celebrating our babymoon and kindly arranged a complimentary fruit platter, which was a lovely touch. However, the assistant at the service desk was a bit disappointing and didn’t seem very willing to help when we raised the issue of a refund due to our room being downgraded. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and many areas are under construction, which was another downside during our stay. That said, aside from these two issues, our overall experience was still very pleasant."

When you open the door, you can see the unbeatable sea view, which is so beautiful that it is breathtaking. The service is also first-class, and the butler service is thoughtful and considerate, making people feel like spring breeze. In terms of catering, the French steak is superb, and there are many flavors to choose from to satisfy your taste buds. There are rich water activities, including snorkeling, surfing, sailing, etc., and dancing with colorful fish is super exciting! In short, whether it is the environment, service or facilities, it is impeccable and definitely worth going again and again!"

Nir created a dream accommodation in a paradisiacal corner of the world, with great attention to detail and fascinating things to discover everywhere! It was a daily pleasure to enjoy the apartment, the outdoor bathroom with one of the coolest showers ever, and of course the fantastic view of the lagoon and Mount Otemanu. Even on the way to the bungalow, you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle in an Indiana Jones film :) Nir, the owner, is a very charismatic and attentive host, and we hope to return sometime. The stay was a highlight of our four-week trip to the South Seas."
