The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and many areas are under construction, which was another downside during our stay. That said, aside from these two issues, our overall experience was still very pleasant."

In Bora-Bora, I really wanted to book here, but I had a few questions to ask before doing so, regarding the width of the beds (important for me, not indicated on the site, and difficult to get an idea from the photos), and the periods available to establish my circuit (I always book flights before hotels). The place looks superb. So I sent an email (address provided on the site) at the beginning of July, a reminder a week later, still no response. I sent a third email in August. No response!!!. It's really a shame. I finally booked elsewhere."

Although we were not immediately given a new room, they did their best to solve the problem. We were upgraded to a water house facing Mount Kinabalu for the third and fourth nights, which was a very good compensation. The hotel environment is invincible, the service is also very good, the food is expensive, but everything on the island is really expensive. The ceiling of the island is well-deserved!"
