"Julie, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were in town visiting family and to see the changes that have taken place in Liverpool over the years. Mom and I shared a 2 bed room which was perfect for us. Having coffee, tea, water, and biscuits was always a plus! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others! There was free parking onsite which was perfect too. Julie even recommended a 9 person taxi to get us to the train station on time."

"The hotel has a beautiful modern reception, but on entering the room, I was disgusted. There is a big sign outside the room, saying no smoking, but there were cigarette burns in the carpet. The decor was very dated, like from the 50s. The mattress was so thin, it was so bad my friend checked for bed bugs. I paid £520 for 4 nights, and a hostel would have been better."

"What a little gem of a place. Wonderful Julie greeted us and made us feel instantly welcome. We were attending a venue nearby for the evening so stayed one evening with ample parking and easy walking distance from Salt and Tar. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice with the cooked breakfast made to order ! A truly lovely experience and we will go again to explore Liverpool further. "We have been coming here for a couple of years to visit family and attend the football. We wouldnt stay anywhere else . We travel from Scotland and when we arrive its like being welcomed by family with the friendly faces and welcomes. We stayed at another hotel when we couldn't get booked in and I could not wait to leave as it just didnt compare to premier . Debbie , Lauren and Jackie are fantastic especially. My daughter is always so sad to leave . Rooms are always clean and comfortable . Cannot recommend enough but the staff really make this hotel . They are an absolute treasure . My daughter was even lucky enough to win a beautiful egg on the tombola for charity. Thanks ladies our stay is always amazing ."

"Trivelles Seaforth Hotel located off Stanley Road (Liverpool opposite Home Bargains). For the price you pay you have a microwave, small fridge freezer, towels, shampoo, soap, loo roll, tea, coffee , sachets of milk / sugar. There is a tv in the room too. Rooms and property were clean. Only issues sometimes not getting water from shower. However, the water was hot. The property is located at 15 minutes walk to Seaforth and Litherland train station. There is Tesco near by. Parking facilities at the hotel The owner are friendly and helpful. I did complain about my loose hot water tap (sink) but, was not fixed (did work). I would give out of 7/10 overall. Mr S M Lunat"
