The staff were nice people. HOWEVER, the breakfast was sub-standard to say the least. EVEN WORSE: after the first night, we found bed bugs crawling out of the pillows. We captured one of them and brought it to the night desk lady. She apologized but did not have the authority to offer a refund. We did not want another room we just wanted to leave. The owner sent an email saying he was sorry that our experience was "not up to our expectations" but offered no refund. Expectations? Really? Over-all, a horrible experience. I will sleep in my car before I sleep here again.

The place was AWESOME and the staff that we meet very helpful and friendly. The place was very clean and the breakfast was great we will be staying here the next time we come to Boone Ia. and special thanks to Nathan, Curtis and the Lady that checked us in I forgot her name but they were awesome. The bed was perfect and the shower was great we had the handicap accessible room, The room was very clean and well stocked.

Do not stay here they are dirty and infested with bed bugs when I told them and showed them they decided to tell me I was a liar. And that they were not bed bugs I beg to differ the first step to fixing a problem is admitting you have one. They don't change the bed sheets between guests I found someone else's socks in the bed! I still feel itchy it's awful and smells like cat urine in the hallway!

This Baymont was in a great location in Boone. It was in a very quiet area. Next door to Wal-mart and across the highway from the Boone Speedway. Ideal location if you are there for racing.

We enjoyed our stay. We have family (daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren) that all live within 30 miles of Boone so this was a happy medium for us to stay. and enjoy quality time with all. For a small motel, in this day and world - it was great. Very quiet.

Nice hotel with a fair price, the Breakfast is just so so boiled eggs, bagels, little mini blueberries muffins, cereal, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, coffee and juice. I gave it a four star rather then a 5 star due to no elevator I have knee issues and was on the second floor.

Decided to go with the higher priced hotel for the amenities but then was disappointed by the breakfast. Should have been a budget saver but instead due to lack of variety, quality of what was there, and the sheer lack of items available, had to go pay for breakfast elsewhere. Otherwise a nice, clean hotel.

Room was average, the bathroom was small, and the water pressure was terrible. We experienced a clogged toilet, and when we told an employee that we had a clogged toilet, she handed us a plunger. The free breakfast was terrible. They served cold biscuits and sausage gravy that tasted like it was made with bacon grease.
