"Just needed a quiet place to rest up for a couple of nights. The room was perfectly adequate for me. Nice comfortable bed, spotless sheets, good clean shower and bathroom. Fresh milk for the tea and coffee. Perfect for what i needed. Only draw back was that the WIFI was down and couldn't connect but a little internet detox doesn't hurt."

Highlight was breakfast sitting in the main body of the old church, reflecting on all the people who had sat there...from the earliest settlers in their Sunday finest in the heat of a Qld summer, to all the births , deaths and marriages celebrated there."
