This hotel was great. Family room was very spacious. Bed and towels were high level. Staff was above and beyond. A couple of spiders around the room I had to deal before sleeping due to the high allergy level my daughter has but normal for a room above a river immersed in nature. We unfortunately expected to try the restaurant on Sunday evening but it closes on Sundays. This hotel was a nice surprise after had to cancel the two previous hotels due to hygiene issues (apparently a very common issue in Europe, as it seems most of locations charge a fortune and show no respect to their customers). I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to avoid the chaos of Geneva and its surroundings after a day of visiting.

Nous étions de passage furtif sur la haute Savoie pour emménager notre fille pour 1 an d’études au lycée Hôtelier de Thonon les Bains. Nous avions réservé dans cet établissement sur les conseils d’une amie commerciale. Nous avions la suite familiale du Jardin qui donne sur le petit cours d’eau passant derrière. Bucolique à souhait tout en profitant de tout le confort moderne d’une chambre de grand standing! ( machine expresso, baignoire balnéo dans une salle de bain immense, lit King size à la literie de qualité, peignoirs de très bonne facture). Je recommande activement cet établissement Le PDJ ne souffrait d’aucun reproche non plus faisant la part belle aux produits super sourcés et locaux! Une bonne parenthèse après nos 900 kms de route!

Ayant une renommée d'etablissement luxueux qui n'est plus à faire, nous avons passé un beau moment pour une nuit. Nous restons perplexe sur la décoration intérieure et sur le petit-déjeuner.

Just done a road trip from the south of Spain to France before heading back to the uk and this hotel has definitely been our favourite. A warm welcome and really helpful from the beginning. We booked a junior suite which was incredibly reasonably priced. 162 euro for a room that we could have easily spent the full night just relaxing in. The bath was great, the decor created such great ambiance. The bed was comfy , the mini bar was well Stocked. The restaurant was fully booked but I can understand why, from what I have seen the food looks incredible. Even the complimentary toiletries were presented perfectly and loooked so good they could be taken home as a gift honestly my only regret is not booking another night. Short and sweet but beautiful stay in a gorgeous hotel with lovely staff.

Booked online at the last minute as we were travelling through the area as a family. Managed to get the small house style room in the garden by the river - absolutely beautiful stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - first class service. You will not be disappointed.

Séjour excellent : un accueil au top avec gentillesse et sourire !! Explications pour l’arrivée très claires et simples. Emplacement parfait avec parking facile d’accès et gratuit. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, très confortables, très propres, et très calmes ! Le cadre est également très agréable même si je n’ai pas eu le temps d’en profiter ! Je recommande et j’y reviendrai !
