Funcionários muito bons e solícitos, porém pareciam estar em pequeno número pois os serviços, em geral , deixaram muito a desejar! Limpeza dos quartos bem ruim, passaram um pano sujo que ficou fedido o quarto , além da pia e chão estarem ainda sujos mesmo depois da limpeza. Faltou toalha de banho e de piscina e a qualidade das toalhas era muito ruim , de tão velhas que eram ( algumas nem secavam de tão finas) . Além disso, meu quarto ficou 1 dia sem limpar por falta de organização da equipe da limpeza. Serviço de garçon no restaurante tb não dava conta de atender a demanda, demoravam demais pra trazer as bebidas( as vezes chegavam após terminarmos de comer, e isso mais de uma vez). Filas enormes e muito tempo em pé nas filas do café da manhã para pedir tapioca e omelete por só ter 1 pessoas pra atender tanta gente, e o mesmo acontecia no jantar no setor de massas e carnes( apenas 1 funcionário) .. Ceia de Natal sem opções para crianças( sugiro alguma massa, tipo um simples macarrão). Qdo tinhamos algum problema os funcionários da recepção apesar de tentar nos ajudar, não conseguiam pois dependiam de respostas e autorização de seus líderes, que pareciam não se preocupar em resolver nada! Sugiro aumentar o quadro de funcionários, pois realmente o atendimento está muito ruim! Fora o tempo que a gente gasta na fila do check in , mesmo já tendo adiantado o check in online. O custo benefício atualmente não está valendo mais a pena! A qualidade do zagaia caiu demais nesses últimos meses..

Rarely i make comments about my hotel stays, because i usually use timeshare condos...but this hotel deserves all the best remarks! Be sure to enjoy a fantastic, flawless stay in this place. Check about Bonito in other sites: a great outdoors tourist attractions, but believe, this the hotel to stay between activities ! Food, breakfast, facilities and, specially, the staff is really the best in town. Don't hesitate...stay here !

Hotel Bom, há 3 quadras do centro da cidade, lençóis brancos e de ótima qualidade, toalhas claras e limpas, quarto cheiroso, ar condicionado, frigobar livre, chuveiro com bastante água, piscina grande. Funcionários gentis e educados. Café da manhã espetacular, com muita variedade. A funcionária Cris, faz um delicioso bolo de chocolate. Destaque também pra Ariane, que é um amor de pessoa. Recomendo esse hotel.
