Très déçue par l'emplacement des chambres du Fazio La chambre est très bien, spacieuse et bien équipée. Cependant, les terrasses donnent directement sur le parking, je confirme qu'il y a du passage et en terme d'intimité c'est ZÉRO Vous avez la vue soit sur le parking, soit sur les travaux ... Il fait très chaud en mai sur la terrasse, c'est difficilement tenable (rien d'ombragé) donc cet été la terrasse ne sera pas utilisable si vous n'y faites rien Les travaux n'étant pas terminés dès 8h du matin une personne est venue chercher son engin de chantier.... Pas de lumière extérieure lorsque vous rentrez le soir, j'ai utilisé mon téléphone pour nous éclairer. Vous n'êtes pas encore prêt à ouvrir, il faut d'abord terminer vos travaux ou au moins faire des prix plus raisonnables Très déçue !

Super hôtel, chambre récente et jolie , Propreté nickel , recommandé , pas loin du centre de bonifacio, nous y retournerons sans hésitation, Petit déjeuner sympa avec confiture maison, Merci pour l’accueil

Sconsigliato. In hotel non esiste una vera “reception”, il personale addetto al accoglienza non c’è quasi mai… non si è mai capito se fanno certi orari o se vengono quando vogliono. Il caffè solo dalla macchina automatica entro le ore 9:00, dopo tutti chiuso. Dopo quest ora per poter avere una bottiglia d’aqua o il cafe bisogna andare in città con auto. Asciugamani macchiati…( allego la foto), le donne di pulizie indisciplinati. Sembrano i bambini nel parco giocchi che ridono, gridano a voce alta tra di loro …divertendosi. Non è un hotel, ma una struttura specie Bed&breakfast forse. Se qualcuno non ha nessun tipo di esigenza può andar bene ma per chi vuole un minimo di comfort a prezzo 240€ a notte , consiglio di andare altrove

Stay away from this place, tourist trap. Not the place to stay one week, maybe one night and not more, no restauration at all, for each coffee you have to take the car, good luck ! After a long drive we could not drink a glass of water, there is no staff to welcome guests, like in a motel on the highway...

We booked this place for one week for the beginning of Sep 2022. Found the place deserted (beginning of Sep 2022), dirty, no staff, no restaurant. Absolutely nothing from what you see in these pictures. We couldn't stay, we had to find a hotel in town which is several km's away. Now they don't want to return our founds - paid in full!. Next review is going to Facebook. Thank you Hotel Fazio!

Hôtel bien situé à 5 min en voiture de Bonifacio. Accueil très pro. Nouvel hôtel très calme (nous étions là fin juin), grande chambre avec un lit de 1.80m (!) et grande salle de bain avec douche italienne. Ecran TV immense :-o. Contrairement à certains commentaires, le parking devant les terrasses des chambres ne gêne pas car peu de passage (il n'y a que qques chambres). Petit déjeuner (12 € pp) avec différents pains et confitures fait maison sur la terrasse qui jouxte la piscine (un peu trop chaude à notre goût, un comble !). Tarif en peu élevé mais nous sommes à 5 min de Bonifacio ...

L'accueil fut mauvais! Un petit déjeuner seulement avant 9h et le réceptionniste ne nous l'a pas vendu! Chambre 47 avec une douche sans pression (un filet d'eau), un sèche cheveux au rabais, une télécommande pour la TV qui ne fonctionne pas... avec une embrouille sur le paiement...
