"We came only for the spa, paying for a package that was more expensive because it included a 1-hour private spa session... The truth is that it was disastrous, nothing worked, the water was COLD and there was no one in the hotel or in the spa that could help us or give us a towel or information, even though we called the phone and so on. It was dirty from the previous session or the day before... Cigarette butts and towels, among other things. The room was not bad, but the shower, after leaving the spa ice cream, worked quite poorly too (the shower head was broken). And as for the breakfast buffet, it was good. ABSOLUTE DISASTER, the only good thing was the staff was nice... The hotel is good, but extremely run down..."

"The owners and staff are really friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. Rooms are very clean, hair dryer provided and toiletries topped up daily. The hotel has a good sized restaurant, bar and lovely beer garden with plenty of shaded areas. We stayed as part of a Wildwatchingspain nature trip, but the area is also popular with hikers, cyclists and bikers. It has a great atmosphere and is well located close to Riaño and Picos de Europa. We will definitely come back!"

"I had to cancel my reservation and gave almost 30 days notice of the cancellation. According to the cancellation policy, they should refund me 60 percent of the deposit. I sent three emails to the hotel to request a refund but never received a response. Not happy!"
