The building is very poorly maintained. Reception staff very unfriendly. Rooms poorly cleaned. Staff can be heard talking very loudly in the bar in the building itself. Very disappointed. Pretty bad for the price.

Grande struttura nella regione del Lago Bohjini . Spazi comuni molto spaziosi con area divani. Il bar chiude alle 21.30 …quindi dopo cena non puoi usufruirne. Cortese l’accoglienza ed il personale durante il soggiorno ..da rivedere il check out ..volevano addebitarci il costo di una cena da 140€ consumata presso la struttura ricettiva vicina..problema comunque risolto …le camere sono spaziose , ottima biancheria da letto, da sostitute la biancheria da bagno ..le spugne non sono morbide (eccessiva usura o scarsa qualità ) e gli accappatoi lisi in più parti. Da sostituire la poltrona che diventa terzo letto …durissima ..mia nipote si è trasferita nel lettone per la seconda notte.. Da rivedere la moquette sul pavimento della camera che ritengo non igienica . La camera e il bagno (sprovvisto di finestra) erano puliti ma la pulizia del bagno fatta il secondo giorno è stata sicuramente frettolosa ed approssimativa…il lavabo aveva le tracce lasciate dai prodotti. La colazione internazionale abbondante per il salato carente per i dolci ..ci aspettavamo varietà di torte fresche invece abbiamo trovato croissant e sfoglie mignon (prodotto surgelato)..pancakes fatti con impasto preconfezionato , senza gusto e poco cotti (il Prodotto usciva da una macchina automatica). Buona scelta di succhi di frutta fresca . Unica nota negativa ..hanno preteso il pagamento del cappuccino da servire per la colazione al tavolo ..l’alternativa latte macchiato nella Macchinetta automatica. La struttura è dotata di un centro wellness con sauna , piscina con zone idromassaggio e scivoli (acqua park) all’esterno..:l’ambiente è poco accogliente , la piscina è decorata con alberi e piante artificiali che rendono tutto molto kitsch …all’ingresso si è sopraffatti da una spiacevole sensazione ..forte calore ed odore di cloro che comunque tolleri dopo la permanenza . All’esterno della piscina coperta c’è una piscina piccola ma fuori terra che la rende poco invitante. …sprovvista di area solarium …Non abbiamo provato la sauna, ne’ il centro wellness posto all’ultimo piano per un gruppo limitato di persone per qualche ora e con pagamento extra

For reference we booked the presidential suite connecting to an executive room for two nights. On the plus side the view from the suite was beautiful but there no curtains. No curtains! You woke up with daylight each morning and had no privacy. The aircon was broken, we asked repeatedly for it to be fixed, it was not fixed in our entire stay. The temperature had soared to 38 degrees and there were no curtains to deaden the heat. It was unbearable. The bathroom had no flannels, no conditioner, no body lotion. There was no water given in the rooms. As an “Eco” hotel, housekeeping will only service the room on request! The room smelt dusty, it was clearly not used often. The connecting children's room was dark and dingy......... but it had curtains! Breakfast finishes at 10am. Bang on! We were not advised of breakfast times on our arrival so missed it on the first day. The next day servers were grumpy, food had not been refilled and replaced and nobody cleared away the tables. We did not use any of the hotel facilities as everywhere looked grubby. We did enjoy a beautiful day out in Lake Bled which is 20 mins away by car and the reason for booking. Be warned, on the final day we returned from breakfast at 10:10am to find both doors to our rooms wide open. No explanation was given for this. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. If you go with the expectation that it is a 2-3 star then you wont be disappointed.

Hotel molto bello , ben curato , così come il parco vicino . Cuscini troppo morbidi per me , camera grande , manca la doccetta dato che non c'è il bidet , cena a buffet un po' scarsa . Prezzo di una bottiglia d'acqua direi esagerato . 1 lt ben 5 €. Colazione ok.

Bohinj and its surroundigs is beatiful, like Wonderland! Bohinj ECO Hotel was good, close to everything we wsnted to visit. We enjoyed the Aquapark, staff is reall friendly, very kind, meals are delicious. Room was OK: matrassess are comfy, though we could not control the air conditioning- it was too cold for us.

We chose this hotel for our family holidays. The hotel is very modern, the staff is friendly. The best asset in my opinion is the pool, my daughter loved it a lot and we have spent there quite a lot of time having great time. Another great asset was the hotel restaurant, with breakfasts and dinners. They presented a variety of local foods with a great variety of selection. However, I am going the averagy grade as got a very small room without balcony and we felt very claustrofobic. The bathrooms were renovated and nice, yet another flaw was the broken air conditioning, so the days and nights were prety stuffy. Otherwise it is a good choice.
