Outstanding service, above and beyond Hilton brand and more in line with Four Seasons. Example: the greeting person Harrison: I had not been here in a couple of years and we arrived late. Coffee service was set up for my company. Other guests drank it all! He corrected it with fresh everything in minutes. Then I remembered- he got me a cappuccino years ago when I was running late to the ride. Over 10+ years Harrison is so much more than a door greeter. Harrison is the face and personality of the hotel. Also on the team that are AMAZING: the concierge Jackson-he can make Columbia come alive and ensure safety. Imbedded in his service is security. The breakfast staff do anything and everything-instantly and in perfect English. The front desk-reception staff insured I had a room when my company booking did not come thru. They made it their problem not mine. I travel the world in nice hotels, and in this one you will feel elevated beyond the brand because of the people. They reflect the best of Colombian culture.

I had a large room on the top floor with a big walk-in shower and comfortable bed and nice desk for working at. Great variety at breakfast time from croissants and bread to fruit with very nice coffee either from the pot or a machine. Actually the machine was one of the better ones! Super friendly staff and the airport pickup I ordered was super easy and good value. Gym on the terrace floor is small but I was the only one ever to use it. Outdoor terrace has great views and can get windy so maybw that's why it's not used much either.

We loved this hotel experience and even got to go back a second time during our time in Colombia. The hotel is up to date and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly (Chris the bell hop is very caring) and polite. You can tell they take pride in ensuring your comfort. Service is quick either maintenance or in room dining. The nails salon is outdated and not what you would expect from the hotel, we did manicures and pedicures but the ladies were super nice and caring. The breakfast buffet is busy after 9am and hard to get served by wait staff...best to go around 7:30am-8am for the best experience. We booked transport through the hotel to go Ziper and was quoted 171,000 pesos or $44 usd, when we got back to the hotel the driver charged us $69usd because of the 3 hours ($24,000 pesos per extra hour) extra that we were stuck in traffic. Your best bet is to use Uber to travel around and rappi for food. We were surprised that we had to purchase swim caps for the pool which was mandatory. All in all I would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel and staff were the most kind, courteous, helpful, clean and family oriented - I mean they make you feel like family! I have spent many nights in hotels because of my line of business in real estate and I have NEVER loved a hotel experience like my ten days at this hotel. I never write reviews, good or bad. You cannot go wrong here. Tourists will understand when I say that feeling safe is a must, especially in another country. In the room there was a personalized safe to keep your valuables secure and the staff NEVER enter your room unless directed by guests. The rooms are spotless and fresh smelling, the staff is the hardest working, going beyond with every request - completely and always. This hotel was also the cleanest and best stocked with any amenity needed. My partner and I enjoyed the sanitized saunas, jacuzzis and gym - permitting us to create special long lasting memories! Come to Bogota and stay at this hotel; you will thank me. ＜3 We hope to stay here again, very soon. I was visiting family in Bogota, Colombia. On my way back home, our Delta flight from Bogota to Atlanta was canceled due to mechanical issues. Delta distributed letters to passengers covering hotel, meal and trasnportation. I was assigned to Aloft Bogota airport. After hours of frustration and chaos at the airport due to the cancellation, upon arriving at this Aloft Bogota hotel, the reception employee Sebastian Beltran instructed us to go to lunch and wait until 3 pm to check in. Explained to him we were there due to cancelled flight, exhausted and with lugagge (promise I did it with good manners). He replied to me asking me to go to another hotel if I didnt like their policies (here of course I got upset and asked him not to talk to me on that rude way and being considered and respectful, then he just ignorned me). After that unexpected rude behavior, I called to the hotel La Fontana where I stayed in Bogota before the flight cancellation. They were really kind and accomodated a room for me at last minute with an special price. Of course, I left Aloft Bogota Airport hotel for La Fontana immediately! I also complained with Delta about this behavior from this hotel staff.

Good •Good breakfast. They made us a vegan breakfast, even when they don't normally offer vegan options; but it was the same every day. •Cleaning and daily amenities. (Although in the ”cons” I detail the issue of cleaning) •Excellent service. All the staff are more than helpful and resolutive. •The Internet connection is good and stable. We were working 8 hours a day and we had no problems. ATTENTION HERE because we asked to change a room with a better view and when they changed us, there was no internet, so we had to go back to where we were before. So, keep in mind that there are apartments with no Wi-Fi. •24h reception •Very quiet. There's no noise. This gave us a lot of quality of life and more coming from the noise hell that there was in the accommodation in Playa del Carmen. •Spacious. Enough space for storage and put the suitcases. •Good workspace. (desk and confortable chair) •Spa. However, there are restrictions to use the spa Bad: •The kitchen has less than the basics and that is a problem if you expect to cook during your stay because, even if you complain, they will not be able to bring you everything you need. In my case, for example, I needed a pasta strainer, bowls and a good knife and they said they didn't have them. •The gym is small and does not have much. •The apartments are cold and don’t have heating. The only way they solve it is by giving you a blanket. •Regarding cleanliness: I do not like that the floor of the room is covered by a carpet; also, the carpet was completely disgusting. In addition, the utensils they used to clean were more dirty than clean. The surfaces and the bathroom were always very clean, but the floors were not. It is very important to take care of cleaning, disinfection and vacuuming very well, especially when the accommodation accepts pets and considering that we are still living in a pandemic. In conclusion, we had a good stay although perhaps I would recommend it more for a short stay. By the end I was already a bit upset by the carpet and the little glitches. But for the offer that there is and the quality / price ratio that you can find, it is not bad. What is certain is that the hotel would gain a lot of potential if it remodeled the apartments (I think it needs urgent restoration).
