This hotel and staff were the most kind, courteous, helpful, clean and family oriented - I mean they make you feel like family! I have spent many nights in hotels because of my line of business in real estate and I have NEVER loved a hotel experience like my ten days at this hotel. I never write reviews, good or bad. You cannot go wrong here. Tourists will understand when I say that feeling safe is a must, especially in another country. In the room there was a personalized safe to keep your valuables secure and the staff NEVER enter your room unless directed by guests. The rooms are spotless and fresh smelling, the staff is the hardest working, going beyond with every request - completely and always. This hotel was also the cleanest and best stocked with any amenity needed. My partner and I enjoyed the sanitized saunas, jacuzzis and gym - permitting us to create special long lasting memories! Come to Bogota and stay at this hotel; you will thank me. ＜3 We hope to stay here again, very soon. Two issues with the hotel. 1. The Checking process took a very long time, about 15 minutes, we were already tired from a long day and just wanted to relax. There was nobody else there and no reason why it should take 15 minutes to Checkin. 2. After we got settle we wanted to take a shower and sleep early as we had to get up 3:45 to leave for the airport at 4am. However we soon found the Shower not working. Only a little drip of water came out. I made a video of it also. I called the front desk Call 1 mention shower is broken Said maintenance will look at it. No call back and nobody showed up Call 2 mention we already called shower broke Said they will try to solve it in 10 min No call back Call 3 I mentioned we might as well move to another hotel as this is unacceptable and we need our shower. We have an early flight it has been almost an hour we already should be asleep Now they answered and gave us the room across to use for the shower The whole experience just did not leave a good impression with us and we would not choose this location again unless something changes.

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

Nice hotel located in safe area of city. Breakfast buffet is really good. By some reason it advertises through this app that hotel has a pool and facility does not. There is a nice sauna on the eighth floor.

The hotel Andes Plaza is a really great hotel. The friendly customer service was excellent. All at reception were very friendly. Briteman gave that extra special attention and service. He constantly checked on me making sure everything was good. He helped set up my covid test. I also received friendly service in the hotel restaurant. Everyone was so friendly giving great service. The breakfast every morning was outstanding. This was my second time to stay in Hotel Andea Plaza and plan to return there again someday soon. I highly recommend Hotel Andes Plaza. The hotel is safe hotel and at a great location.

The room is big, the bathroom is big, the view outside the window is great, the breakfast is good, there are many Chinese people living here, it should be a good choice...

A small hotel by size (I suppose around 30/35 rooms) located in one of the best place of the city. Service is five stars, and the hotel is incredibly cleaned and well maintained. Excellent, above the average, value for money.

I love this place. I don't know why it's not more popular on TA. The location in Chapinero is terrific. The breakfast is fine. It's actually great for a budget hotel. It's within walking distance of Teatron and other *** clubs. It's the perfect place for sleeping, showering, and freshening up. Just the basics. Be sure to take a room with a view on a high floor! The only downside is there is no A/C in the room itself and the windows don't open. Wifi seems to always work fine.

Good •Good breakfast. They made us a vegan breakfast, even when they don't normally offer vegan options; but it was the same every day. •Cleaning and daily amenities. (Although in the ”cons” I detail the issue of cleaning) •Excellent service. All the staff are more than helpful and resolutive. •The Internet connection is good and stable. We were working 8 hours a day and we had no problems. ATTENTION HERE because we asked to change a room with a better view and when they changed us, there was no internet, so we had to go back to where we were before. So, keep in mind that there are apartments with no Wi-Fi. •24h reception •Very quiet. There's no noise. This gave us a lot of quality of life and more coming from the noise hell that there was in the accommodation in Playa del Carmen. •Spacious. Enough space for storage and put the suitcases. •Good workspace. (desk and confortable chair) •Spa. However, there are restrictions to use the spa Bad: •The kitchen has less than the basics and that is a problem if you expect to cook during your stay because, even if you complain, they will not be able to bring you everything you need. In my case, for example, I needed a pasta strainer, bowls and a good knife and they said they didn't have them. •The gym is small and does not have much. •The apartments are cold and don’t have heating. The only way they solve it is by giving you a blanket. •Regarding cleanliness: I do not like that the floor of the room is covered by a carpet; also, the carpet was completely disgusting. In addition, the utensils they used to clean were more dirty than clean. The surfaces and the bathroom were always very clean, but the floors were not. It is very important to take care of cleaning, disinfection and vacuuming very well, especially when the accommodation accepts pets and considering that we are still living in a pandemic. In conclusion, we had a good stay although perhaps I would recommend it more for a short stay. By the end I was already a bit upset by the carpet and the little glitches. But for the offer that there is and the quality / price ratio that you can find, it is not bad. What is certain is that the hotel would gain a lot of potential if it remodeled the apartments (I think it needs urgent restoration).

The room itself is very small, there’s no view. The breakfast was included and was okeyish. I didn’t stay there for the second visit of the city. So that probably means I wouldn’t recommend it.
