Información imprecisa en la reservación. Reservé una habitación con vistas a la montaña y se negaron a dármela así hubieran visto mi reserva en la aplicación. Decía que incluía sauna y es parte del Spa entonces cobran. Además la reserva suponía un pago completo y al final cobraron los impuestos que no están incluidos o al menos advertidos en la publicación del hotel en la app, tampoco fueron capaces de advertirlo tan pronto se registra uno en el hotel. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas, buenas instalaciones, amabilidad del personal, pero toda esa experiencia se daña con información engañosa y gastos inadvertidos.

Went to Bogotá with family for the 1st time and thought this would be a nice hotel to stay and see the city and surrounding sights. When we arrived the lobby was full with about 200 migrants. It was so loud I couldn’t hear the receptionist talk. We almost left that moment but were exhausted and stayed one night and left. The entire night was loud with dozens of young babies and children screaming and crying. Buses coming and going. The hotel was full, loud, dirty, and now we learned it’s a UN migrant processing facility. Hotel apparently is contracted by the UN to facilitate migrants headed to the US. Travelers to Bogotá FIND ANOTHER HOTEL

Very nice and comfortable hotel, however the head of the restaurant staff was very rude, both towards my employee and towards the restaurant staff, during breakfast. I recommend the hotel to take measures and to be more vigilant, because rudeness, especially towards women, with chauvinist behavior is certainly bad publicity

Location not so great, loud, traffic, park next door with 100’s of barking dogs. Hotel is like a big sound booth and with daily parties in their rental suites it’s really really loud. Make it worse it’s being used as a UN migrant shelter with bus loads of dirty diseased illegals being housed and fed in this facility. Find another hotel

Un excelente hotel, en el que uno se siente bienvenido desde que se cruza la puerta. Habitaciones (departamentos) amplios y cómodos, limpios y muy bien organizados,y en mi caso, con una terraza exquisita. Yo ya no lo pienso dos veces y este será siempre mi primera opción en mis visitas a Bogotá.

Un lugar tranquilo con excelente servicio .. el Spa maravilloso. Desayuno variado, las habitaciones amplias con cama confortable y con muy buenas amenidades … súper recomendado. Excelente para plan de pareja en cualquier momento del año.

My wife is from Bogotá so we traveled there for a 2 week visit and booked our hotel at Parkhouse 101. We arrived from the airport late night only to witness 100’s of illegal aliens being dropped off at the hotel. It was a nightmare, dirty diseased individuals many with children screaming all night. We asked the front desk what was going on and he embarrassingly told us it’s an every night event. 100 illegal aliens headed for the USA are housed at this hotel 7 days a week. The owners contracted out with the UN IOM to turn this hotel into a migrant processing center. GROSS! We checked out the next day.

This facility is being used as a UN migrant transit processing center. It’s loud, it’s full, it’s dirty. Imagine any migrant camp and this is one. It is not a place for your family and or anyone for that matter. The owners apparently are being paid top dollar to house migrants. So if there is a room available don’t come to this hotel. You have been warned Stay away!

Todo es maravilloso con este hotel. Los espacios son amplios, la ubicación excelente, el spa muy bueno, el desayuno (incluido) muy completo. Pero LO MEJOR del hotel es su personal: todos son amables, serviciales, cercanos. Lo recomiendo 100%.
