"Stayed one night on our way out of Lofoten. The hotel is located on the highest point of Bodo Mountain, offering a great view. Free parking, a rich breakfast, and the restaurant on the 7th floor has an even better view. The room was new, but the cleanliness wasn't great. There were marks on the toilet, dirt on the door, bug bites in the room, and mosquito bites in the restaurant."

"Just one thing. Breakfast was a nightmare for me. We flew to Oslo at 8:00 am on October 4th. Since it was a Saturday, we arrived on Friday evening and asked the front desk if we could provide breakfast boxes or snacks since we were leaving early the next day. They said they could provide some snacks and we could come back the next day. The next morning, the wind was raging, and we dragged our exhausted bodies to the front desk. They said they could provide it, but we had to pay a 70kr service fee? ***? If you don't want service, then don't get service. I can just help myself to two pieces of bread? From beginning to end, there was no care at all. You can do whatever you want. A very bad impression! A hotel that doesn't understand how to accommodate others will eventually fail! Honestly, I'm only giving a bad review for the service! The poor experience was all about the interpersonal communication! Service: Absolutely terrible! The front desk has no service mentality!"

"The room was clean and tidy. There's a Rema supermarket nearby, and several small shops to browse. One of the outdoor gear shops even had Arc'teryx. However, many shops were closed during the New Year period and reopened on the 6th. There was a drinking fountain to the left of the hotel reception, which seemed free, but we only discovered it when we checked out… There's also a small supermarket on the first floor with pizza and sausages, but the same brand of bottled water was more expensive than at Rema. The hotel, airport, and port are roughly in a triangle shape; both are about 1.2 kilometers away, not far, but it can be difficult to walk with luggage in the snow. If your luggage isn't too big, I recommend leaving early and walking to the airport, as taxis are very expensive. We took a taxi from the hotel to the airport, less than 2 kilometers, for 239 kronor… or take the bus if the schedule allows."

"1. When I checked in, the front desk staff didn't ask any questions and just told me to pay 100 kroner. I assumed it was a city tax and paid it. But then I remembered that the white guests who checked in before me hadn't paid anything, so I checked my booking and confirmed there was no city tax. I went back to the front desk to ask, and they said it was for early check-in! I told them I hadn't requested early check-in, so why didn't they confirm that with me? The front desk admitted they hadn't communicated clearly, but then said it was already done and couldn't be changed! Why didn't the white men have to pay any fees when they checked in, and why wasn't early check-in charged for them? This hotel is clearly discriminatory. 2. The hotel's hygiene is very, very subpar. It wasn't cleaned thoroughly at all, or rather, some areas haven't been cleaned in a long time. 3. Trip.com's customer service was very helpful and assisted me with some issues, much more reliable than the hotel itself."
