This place was just sold. Don’t know who it was sold to or what is going on but it will be closed for at least one year. The location is amazing but the property is old. The neighborhood has a ton of potential. There is also a new development going on across the street that should also be don’t in the next year that is new condos.

This place was extremely updated since the last time I was there. Rooms were clean and perfect and the people there are completely amazing from the lobby to the restaurant everyone was so attentive, Sara in check out treated us like family. We will def be back, this hotel has a perfect location close to the airport and the staff are awesome

Decidimos escoger este hotel para una noche ya que estábamos cenando cerca y era el más moderno que se veía en las app de viajes, al llegar nos indicaron que la habitación frente al mar que pagamos no estaba disponible, nos llevaron a habitación vieja, pisos sucios y descuidada en general. Facilidades necesitan mantenimiento en general. Parece hotel bien viejo sin upgrade alguno. Bartender, recepción y seguridad muy amables. Y cuidado con los restaurantes cercanos que son unos timadores, pregunté precio de todo antes de ordenar.

This place is hell! Old, dirty and my room had no power all night! Complaining did not help! No light no air con. Stay away from this place this is the worste place I stayed in decades! Unfortunately I had to stay close to the airport for one night and all was full but this place, now I know why! 😡😡😡😡

L’hotel è un cantiere! Non c’è più personale ed è tutto chiuso! Camere sporche che cadono a pezzi, pulite malamente, idromassaggio inutilizzabile! Cibo scadente! Personale scortese!! Prezzi esorbitanti!!! Consiglierei quest’hotel solo al mio peggior nemico!!!!

Muy bueno el servicio sin desperdicios. Más la animadora Tairi excelente chica!! La comida buena y variada. Las bebidas buenas. Y la higiene de las habitaciones muy buena. No tengo queja del personal muy amable y atentos a los huéspedes.

Mi opinión, muy buena experiencia familiar, el hotel muy limpio, las habitaciones muy bonitas, impecables, la comida buena, el personal muy agradable, Apolinar y Perdomo, y todos los camareros muy atentos, simpáticos en el área del lounge, el cocinero también sonriente, no puedo quejarme, linda vista y una administración de calidad.Gracias al Sr.Victor Pollantis, siempre en las áreas gestionando que todo esté bien, además de un trato muy profesional , excelente equipo de colaboradores. Espero regresar pronto, fuimos un grupo de mas de 8 personas y 3 niños y la estancia fue mu commemorativa, gracias a todos.
