Hotel Brescia & Apartments

Esperienza da 3.5 soddisfacente. Hotel in centro Darfo Boario a circa 100 metri dal parco termale adatto sia per soggiorni di lavoro che turistici. Soggiorno breve di 3 notti con colazione e cena. Servizio colazione molto soddisfacente sia per quanto riguarda la parte dolce che la salata, ristorante buono (menu del giorno con buone alternative e buffet di verdure) ma niente di eccezionale; ho trovato assolutamente caro invece il costo della bottiglia di acqua a tavolo di 4 euro. Stanza molto ampia, letto comodo e bagno abbastanza nuovo e finestrato, pulizia della camera assolutamente buona. Molto scarsa è invece risultata l'insonorizzazione delle camere, si sentivano tutte le sveglie delle camere vicine. Piscina causa tempo non bello non utilizzata, ma visivamente tenuta bene con piccolo giardino intorno che garantisce momenti di relax. Parcheggio sotto l'hotel con possibilità di alcuni posti coperti. Complessivamente l'hotel merita un giudizio positivo anche se con alcune cose da migliorare. Darfo Boario è davvero una splendida località (acqua termale, paesaggio, ponte di Montecchio) molto comoda per un soggiorno sia per escursioni sul lago sia per salire verso la Valcamonica e poi l'Adamello, ma servirebbe una sistemazione della viabilità (tutti semafori lampeggianti, assenza di rotonde) e del parco termale che merita di tornare ai fasti del passato.

We had a smartbox with which we booked 5 months in advance for 2 nights, despite the advance they told us that the rooms included in the offer were sold out and we therefore had to book the comfort one, a better room (includes large space, living area and bathtub towels) paying a supplement of €40 per night; We also called 2 days before to request confirmation of the booking. The response was positive. We arrive at the hotel and are told on the spot that it was full due to the arrival of a larger group than expected. They then made us move from one hotel to an adjacent one, assuring us that the room would have had the same conditions, but due to the inconvenience, we would not have paid the supplement. I would like to point out that they, without our request, made this clarification to us! When checking in at the new hotel we specified that the booking was for 2 nights and they, despite being amazed, confirmed the accommodation. When we arrived in the room we discovered that it was not remotely similar to the one booked, not only was it not "comfortable" but it was very small, without even a bidet. The following morning we go to reception to collect our documents and we are told that we had to check out since they were full and they had agreed with the Brescia hotel that we would only stay one night. So we returned to our hotel, packing our bags in a hurry since we had already scheduled plans, and we discovered that our room wasn't ready yet, we left our bags there and went out. Upon our return (2.30pm, right at check in time), they told us, after looking for the room keys for a good 5 minutes, that it wasn't ready yet, they called the cleaning lady to have it done. While we wait, we discover that other people who arrived at that time have been sent away to another hotel: this is customary. After 30 minutes our room was finally ready (again it was not a comfort room), very spacious, new, even if the shower was taken in the dark since there was no light to illuminate it and the toilet brush was missing. To conclude, the worst thing is that we didn't pay the supplement, not because of the inconvenience but because the rooms were much smaller than the one we booked. As well as being clever, they were also dishonest.

On the advice of an acquaintance I let myself be guided to this hotel... Good... the location is excellent and strategic (2 steps from the spa) I can park. I booked a single room of this size, with an adequate bathroom with large shower, ... I was able to use it in a 5 star hotel! Professional welcome with a warm, attentive and almost affectionate welcome. I had a decent dinner. The cuisine is almost homely, genuine... just what it takes to maintain shape.

Clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent pillows and mattresses. Small but well-kept bathroom. In the center with parking. I had dinner in the hotel, good food. I recommend it. Congratulations. Excellent Angel

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. What can I say for sure... we had a very good time this time too. The food is good, the rooms are clean and above all hats off to the owner Mr. Roberto who goes out of his way to fully satisfy all the needs of his customers. We will definitely be back…

I had the pleasure of staying in August and I can't say enough about this property. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile from the staff, creating an immediate feeling of welcome and comfort. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished and extremely clean. I particularly appreciated the attention that created a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, with a wide range of options. The staff I came into contact with were courteous, helpful. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the tourist destinations in the surrounding area. The attention paid to the dog was appreciated (kennel in the room with bowls, portion of food and sleeper). For an even more pleasant stay it would be to replace the mattresses and bed bases. Ultimately, my stay was positive. I can only highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality stay experience in a serene environment.

Hotel located a few meters from the Boario spa... Booked a triple room via email but, due to an internal misunderstanding, when we arrived there was only a double room. Misunderstanding corrected by the owner who assigned us an extra room for free... Restaurant (kitchen) not tried... For the rest what can I say..... Kind, courteous and attentive STAFF especially the girl at the reception when we arrived (queue and very prepared glasses), clean hotel with private parking plus a small underground shelter. POOL clean and reserved for customers. ROOMS (ours) simply furnished but with TV, minibar, safe... TOP BREAKFAST!... Sweet and savory buffet, with juices and yoghurt, jams, brioches and amazing cakes!... One deliciousness!!! ACCOUNT... the right one. Overall TRULY SATISFIED with the promise of returning as soon as possible!

A nice surprise, excellent welcome... we had a problem with the air conditioning but within 5 minutes they changed our room... the room was very well furnished and very clean. The swimming pool was clean and quiet. The restaurant was nothing short of exceptional, both à la carte and non-à la carte menus. And the BREAKFAST???? WONDERFUL So much and everything was excellent The owners were lovely people The 2 ADORABLE dogs For my daughter's future collegiates for Nazionale Volley we will definitely be back here…. Thank you
