A localização é ótima. Ar condicionado Peregrini e quarto amplo, cama confortável. Mas o Chuveiro não tinha água quente. Cheguei morta de cansaço na madrugada e não consegui encarar a água fria. No dia seguinte nada de água quente. Precisei tomar o café da manhã 6:30h mas nem metade dos itens estavam na mesa de café. Tive q me virar com o q encontrei 😰

Hotel bem localizado e organizado. Decoração simples e clean. Ar condicionado nos ambientes comuns fechados. Quarto com ar condicionado, frigobar ( permitido colocar o que quiser). Banheiro em bom tamanho. Espaço otimizado. Boa TV com alguns canais. Ambiente agradável de piscina . Possui restaurante: Zoi Gastronomia. Aberto para almoço com comida a quilo. Agrada e apetece os mais diferentes gostos. Jantar à la carte, com pizzas, massas, risotos. Excelentes atendimentos pelos colaboradores. Tudo em perfeita ordem e funcionando.

Horrível! Não recomendo
Horrível, hotel está precisando urgente de manutenção e limpeza. Assim que entramos no quarto, fomos recebidos por uma barata. Banheiro sujo, paredes sujas. Café da manhã o restaurante está sucateado, as garrafas de café e leite estão imundas, tudo amassada, as xícaras tudo sujas e mal lavadas, péssima qualidade. Não tirei fotos pq ia impactar muito.

Bom Início de 2025!
Sempre desejei conhecer mais da região norte. Em Boa Vista, o Hotel atendeu bem na ida, e na volta da Travessia do Monte Roraima. Destaque para os funcionários que tentam fazer o melhor pelos hóspedes e, para a cozinha/restaurante, com boas opções de pratos, inclusive aos que não comem carne.

Simplesmente o quarto todo riscado, paredes manchadas, parecia que havia infiltração vinda do banheiro, uma massa na parede que eles não fizeram nem questão de pintar. Café da manhã horrível, ovos cheio de óleo, ao ponto do pessoal da cozinha tirar o excesso de óleo da frigideira com uma concha, muitos dos salgados que estavam expostos estavam sendo servidos frios, as pessoas que trabalham na parte do café da manhã são extremamente mal educadas, ao ponto de responder com extrema ignorância ao hóspedes. O serviço de quarto precisa ser praticamente implorado, ficamos 3 dias sem a limpeza, mesmo com a placa de serviço requisitado do lado de fora e foi preciso pedir na recepção pois apareceu uma BARATA NO QUARTO. Foi a pior experiência que tive em todos esses anos viajando, tudo precisa mudar e os funcionários precisam de um treinamento URGENTE.

O hotel é uma opção interessante apenas por conta da localização central e pela falta de alternativas melhores. Mas as condições de conservações são ruins. Meu quarto tinha uma barata. Ar condicionado velho e barulhento. O quarto não tem cobertor ou edredom, você precisa ir buscar na recepção. A luz principal do quarto não funcionava. O colchão estava bem deformado. Não pretendo voltar.

Nice folks at a no frills hotel
I had a good stay at the hotel. Boa Vista is a little limited in terms of the options available. This hotel gets the job done with no frills. The service is decent, the folks are nice and it is clean.

Excelente Custo benefício
Excelente localização próxima de restaurantes e do aeroporto. Instalações atualizadas, bom café da manhã e a piscina pra se refrescar do calor de Boa Vista.
