This is a extremely nice hotel and very clean rooms and amazing housekeeper a lady name Heather is the most nicest housekeeper and cleans the room to be exquisite. Great staff and good breakfast

Check in was such a pleasure ! Young man at the desk was very welcoming - explained the property amenities thoroughly. Includes made to order eggs with the free breakfast! And discounts for multiple day stays. Room was dated but clean with some updated linens which made it very cheery. Fridge, microwave and bathroom all very clean. Nice unexpected touch was the prepackaged-prepasted toothbrush! Bed was firm but comfortable. What you expect at this price point but linens appear to be new. Only faults: it’s right near the highway so it was noisy trying to sleep until about 11 pm. Also, bathtub did not have a stop valve to take a bath- only a shower (a must have for my traveling) and is in need of caulking. A very pleasant stay.

I always stay at America's Best Value Inn Blytheville Arkansas the staff are excellent the rooms are Immaculate service is off of the roof. The owner mr. J is more than happy to meet your accommodations and make you feel comfortable new beds clean rooms great continental breakfast quiet in a very nice place to stay I would highly recommend it! On a rate of 1 to 5 they get a 5 from me 👌👏

Absolute dump. We arrived late at night and I had to stand at an outdoor window under spot lights dodging literally hundreds of bugs to check in. The room (a suite) I had reserved wasn’t available. We had reserved the suite so my husband and I could stay in the same room as our three kids. The woman offered me two rooms. It was late and we were all tired, so I took it. We drive around back to our rooms and I was shocked that this place was even operating. An upstairs room was blocked off with plywood, there was a wire hanging down loose over one of the rooms where we were supposed to stay, curtains were torn and the room smelled like a bar. There was no way we were going to stay there, especially with our kids. We immediately went back to the office window and the woman working refused a refund. We left anyway. I contacted Orbitz with our concerns and they also refused to help us. Said they would contact the hotel and see if they could get them to refund our money. The hotel wouldn’t reply to their requests, so Orbitz told us we were out of luck. So I guess Orbitz is perfectly fine with selling rooms to dilapidated, unsafe properties and not standing by their customers. I’ll remember that the next time I’m booking travel accommodations and I’m deciding which company I’ll book through. Follow up…we were able to get a refund from our credit card company after filing a dispute through them.

For $60, you get what you pay for. Room was clean, but sheets looked dingy and worn, tile needs refreshing and there was mold in the refrigerator. Sound proofing is not great, we could hear every step taken in the upstairs room. WiFi worked well. The Night staff kept me outside in the rain to check in (which makes you question the safety of the area) and finally let me in when she couldn’t find my reservation. Morning staff was helpful, friendly and made us real eggs to order, which was nice since I’m gluten intolerant and can’t eat carton eggs. She also took notes about my concerns and expressed that they would take care of the issues ASAP. I would give it 3.5 stars if possible. I know they have been doing some updating, but I’m on the fence as to whether I would stay here again.

Don't be lured by the reviews. I think the pictures give you an idea of what to expect. We didn't even consider putting luggage across the chair. We called the towel "the mosquito killer" bc of the high number we had to destroy. Don't think it's bc we left the door open. The gap between the door and frame was so great that those insects had a feeding frenzy once they got in. Lost count after mosquito number 12. Avoid the room with styrofoam insulation exposed outside the door. Wifi weak but ac strong. Son said, "it's like sleeping outdoors at summer camp, except for the ac." Pay the upgrade somewhere else. Tripadvisor, you did me so wrong on this one!

Very old hotel. Fairly clean room, but felt grubby. Not in the nicest of areas. Only stayed one night passing through so it served its purpose.

Eggs were freshly made, biscuits gravy sausage toast and waffles. Room was clean and comfortable. I stayed here same time last year.
