Os funcionários são antipáticos e parecem estar sempre de mal humor, parece que só te respondem porque não existe outra opção. A cama estava com o pé quebrado, toda torta, pedi para arrumar, voltei do passeio e o quarto estava sem arrumar e cama da mesma maneira. Chamei o recepcionista que subiu, olhou e a solução foi " a senhora vai ter que ficar assim pq o hotel tá lotado e não tenho outro qto." Box vazando muita água por todo banheiro. Espelho quebrado. Frigobar não funciona. O café da manhã não chega nem perto do que é propagado no site, pouca variedade e o salão não comporta o número de hóspedes. Estacionamento pequeno, apertado e a maioria dos hóspedes têm que deixar os carros na rua. Wi-Fi não funciona. Enfim, o hotel vende uma imagem mas é de péssima qualidade. Não recomendaria pra ninguém.
