We found ourselves in a bad situation when we booked our two rooms for one night instead of for two nights. However, the front desk person Raj was a hero and helped us get new rooms and switched to them under an hour. He deserves a raise for the excellent service he provided and for being so understanding and helpful. He was a real friend when we needed it.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while on a leisure trip to explore Cincinnati. Overall we appreciated the friendly check-in experience, the cleanliness of our room, the comfort of the bed, and the overall renovated appearance of the sleeping room and bathroom. We had two troubling issues during our stay. First, the toilet refilled very, very slowly after each flush, requiring several minutes to be ready for another flush. This made it inconvenient (and mildly unpleasant) to use the bathroom for perhaps its most important purpose. Additionally we the hotel’s wi-fi service was very slow, making it unusable at times. We reported both issues at check-out and received an apology from the front-desk employee. We would gladly stay at this hotel again.

So far the worst hotel experience ever. On 8/13/24 I Showed up at hotel at 11pm with my wife and kids to find out that my room has been sold to someone else. My reservation was confirmed and charged. No cancelation email was ever send. Front desk staff was clueless.

Terrible stay at this hotel. They put us right above the pool and they had a kids baseball tournament in town. Yelling until 11 PM. Then the kids were on our floor and were running up and down for the next hour. Found out the next day the hotel was only half full and they could put us on the third floor instead. I spoke with the hotel both that evening and the next day and they said that the manager would call me back. The manager never did. I called a couple days later. The manager said they would call me back regarding a refund or partial refund and they still haven’t called me back. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Stay at the hotel across the street.

There was a strong odor/fragrance throughout the hotel common areas that was overpowering. The indoor pool area was poorly lit. At the breakfast, we were looking for napkins. When I asked where the napkins were, the staff member pointed to a roll of paper towels (not the kind you’d use in your kitchen). The roll of paper was just sitting on the counter, not in any sort of dispenser, with greasy fingerprints. There were no perforations to tear off a piece, just torn edges. It was a total turnoff. The front desk staff seemed very friendly.

We had a nice stay at this very conveniently located hotel. The shower was very good with lots of hot water and had a large bathroom counter. Our room was clean and spacious with an extra seat and bench. There were plenty of outlets, plus our check-in/checkout was mostlyroutine. Slight delay in getting our room and as I walked around killing time, the desk clerk was suspicious of my exploring. Breakfast was an issue as they opened late and the attendant appeared to be a late replacement for the assigned worker. Food choices typical of Hampton Inns.

The only complaints were there wasn't a restaurant attached to the hotel and there was a kids soccer group staying at the hotel. The kids were running up and down the halls. But the staff was friendly the room was clean. The area is all businesses and an upscale industrial park so there's not really anything to see around the area. But for what's it's worth it was a nice stay. The bed was nice and the shower pressure good.

BEWARE ROOM KEY WILL BE GIVEN TO STRANGERS!! My family and I stayed at this location on 8/18 and had to drive home at 2AM over an hour drive due to our room key was given to a stranger. ID was not checked for myself at check-in after I completed the digital portion. At 1am someone with a crying baby literally opened our door we had to scream and block the door access. Myself, 2 children and husband then called the police and front desk. To date HILTON HAS NOT PROVIDED ANY EXPLANATION OR DETAILS ON WHAT HAPPENED. DO NOT RISK YOUR SECURITY STAYING HERE!!!!!!

This hotel was fantastic! Everything was spotlessly clean, plenty of hot water, great breakfast! I was concerned about a few negative reviews, but so glad we went anyway! Definitely up to Hampton standards. I would definitely go back & would recommend it!
