We had a wonderful few days at Thurner's Alpenhof. The staff are all fabulous and it does feel as though you are being welcomed as one of the family. Dieter was an absolute gentleman as was Kevin. The hotel is perfectly located at the foot of the Trittkopfbahn for easy ski in ski out and the ski bus stops outside the hotel for an easy trip to Lech. The pool and spa is wonderful and the massage a welcome break at the end of a day's skiing. Thank you to everybody at the hotel, this was just the break we needed.

Simply outstanding in every way. Service beyond compare, outstanding food (we chose the Half-Board), beautifully appointed dining, lounge area, and rooms. Our every need was looked after by the expert staff. This hotel provides such a unique, personal, professional, and charming experience, it is not to be missed.

We arrived at Thurnher’s Alpenhof at the end of March for a couple of days and were immediately enchanted by both the hotel itself and the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. From the welcome drinks to the hotel tour, everything was just perfect. One particularly sweet touch was finding pastries waiting for us in our room – such a delightful surprise! The hotel itself is incredibly charming; stepping into it feels like entering a fairytale, with its stunning bar, restaurant, lobby, spa, and the rooms are just a masterpiece - old-fashioned, but that's the charm of the entire hotel! The mountain view from our window was mesmerizing! We opted for half-board, and it was a great choice! The cuisine at the hotel is top-notch, everything was incredibly delicious, thoughtful, and tasteful! The bartenders are masters, especially the espresso martini was to die for! The hotel also took care of our ski passes right away and basically all the amenities, leaving us to just enjoy our stay. This is definitely for those who love a luxurious retreat, for both relaxation and, of course, for skiing, as the ski lifts are just 50 meters from the hotel entrance. The only thing that could be slightly improved is the temperature of the pool water; it was a bit too cool for comfortable swimming… Upon departure, the farewell was so personal, warm, and friendly, it felt like we were leaving family rather than just checking out of a hotel. Such a personalized, warm, and friendly approach is something I haven’t encountered in a long time. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely return! A huge thank you to the hotel team for making our stay unforgettable!

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 6 Personen zu Gast und ich, als einzige Veganerin hatte keine Wünsche offen. Die Skipiste ist ca. 30 m vom Haus entfernt. Der Skibus fährt in beiden Richtungen direkt vorm Haus ab, Haltestelle „Alpenhof“. Nach dem langen Skitag in einem der schönsten, vielfältigsten und anspruchsvollsten Skigebiete konnten wir im modernen Spa relaxen und den großen Pool genießen. Das Personal ist überaus aufmerksam, hilfsbereit, freundlich und die Küche zaubert auch für Veganer oder Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten ein fantastisches Essen! Besonders der Kaiserschmarrn ist zu empfehlen (habe ich mir sagen lassen). Am Nachmittag werden Kaffee und Kuchen in der lichtdurchfluteten, gemütlichen Hotelbar angeboten. Im Untergeschoss ist ein modernes Spa mit Dampfsauna, finnischer Sauna (90 Grad), Biosauna (65 Grad) und Tauchbecken. Zu jeder Zeit steht frisches Zitronenwasser bereit. Der große Pool mit ordentlicher Gegenstromanlage lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Das Hotel in einer Toplage nahe der Sessellifte und direkt an der Skipiste bietet einen hervorragenden und komfortablen Luxus. Das Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend und immer sehr freundlich. Sie versuchen jedem Wunsch ständig nachzukommen.Der Wellnessbereich bietet alles was man im Skiurlaub braucht. Dazu kommt ein, für ein Hotel dieser Größe, ungewöhnlich großer Pool. Frühstück und Dinner sind sehr vielfältig und geschmacklich phantastisch. Sogar bieten sie für Veganer immer viele Alternativen an, was uns sehr wichtig war.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Das Hotel liegt perfekt, direkt am Skilift. Wir hatten ein Apartment gemietet. Es war sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns alle ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ein toller Service. Wir waren eine Woche mit der Familie vor Ort. Die liebevolle und familiäre Art des Personals ist ganz besonders. Vor allem sind sie super kinderfreundlich. Die Lage ist auch perfekt - Direkt am Lift! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse; die Zimmer sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ( wäre gut wenn da zur nächsten Saison renoviert würde ) aber der Service ist toll und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Der Spa Bereich mit Pool ist sehr schön - komme wieder.
