We loved our stay in this hotel! The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We travelled with our children aged 6 and 8 and they enjoyed the hotel to the max. They have a child menu at the restaurant which was really good and the children were allowed to be in the pool between 4 and 6pm. The restaurant itself was superb. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. This is a place where we would consider coming back to, it was that good.

A very charming nice relaxed hotel with friendly staff! We stayed for 3 nites and it was a pleasant stay! Nice rooms and the wellness area was relxing. Breakfast was nice with many oportunities. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant with nice wine and good food. Can highly recomend this place!

Prachtig hotel, lieflijk en mediterraanse uitstraling. Mooie kamer, met balkon, goed ontbijt, sauna en zwembad. Badjas, slippers en handdoeken beschikbaar. Nespresso en thee op de kamer aanwezig en gratis gebruik van de minibar. Vriendelijk personeel. Superverblijf gehad.

The Strandhotellet is an amazing destination in Blokhus or in the are of Northern Jylland. The house is clean! Fresh and practical - rooms are nicely designed and with a good sized bathroom. Balcony for an outside evening sundowner drinks and more. Breakfast offers one of the best quality assortments of Danish cold cuts, bread and freshly brewed or squeezes beverages - quality sparkling wine and Ginger shots among the surprised - eggs cooked to order. The restaurant is also among the better if nit the best dining options in Blokhus - excellent wine list and a brilliant chef that brings excellence top the table. Standhotellet is a must visit when in Denmark!

Had no expectations whatsoever, when we booked a single night. Felt welcome from the very start, as we got our room already at noon - and what a room: cosy beach feeling throughout, nice balcony, beautiful bathroom and a comfortable bed. Surprised to learn that the spa was included and - unusually - also the minibar! We took advantage of it all, and they also managed to squeeze us into the restaurant for a lovely dinner. 5 stars from us!

Very comfortable hotel with great amenities. The restaurant is excellent and not to be missed! Nice value both for the hotel and restaurant considering the high quality and great service. Only a few blocks from the beach and also close to the shops in town.

We spent three nights in this beautiful hotel and everything was just perfect. We stayed in room 21 - no noise problem at all as mentioned in previous reviews. The room had a beautiful interior and a very comfortable bed. The food was fantastic- from breakfast to lunch and dinner, served by a very friendly restaurant team. The wellness area was wonderful with generous opening hours and the location with proximity to the beach and restaurants just what we had been looking for. We would definitely come back.

Auf unserer Rundreise durch Dänemark ( gebucht bei Wolters-Reisen) hatten wir 3 Übernachtungen in diesem Hotel. Es war das beste Hotel unserer Reise. Schon die freundliche Begrüßung bei der Ankunft hat uns überzeugt. Unser Zimmer, im 2 OG., war sauber und nett eingerichtet. Es gab einen Bademantel und Pantoffel für den Spa- Bereich. Dort gab es ein Schwimmbad, eine Sauna und einen Fitnessraum. Trinkwasser, Shampoo und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Minibar, mit Wasser, Wein, Bier Limo, Kaffee, Tee, Chips. Alles inklusive. Frühstück ist vielseitig, mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Ich muss sagen, wir sind nur ungern abgereist.

Very good hotel, with friendly staff who all seemed to speak very good English. Breakfast was good and the dinner was excellent .At about 3 minutes walk to the beach, the location is also very good. Recommended.
