Everything was good, except when reception called me on the 25th in the morning telling me that I'm supposed to check at 10am even though I had booked until the 27th. This also happened a day before when I was ordering breakfast packs.

I have been staying at Vila Bali for quite a number of years. I find it excellent and a pleasure to stay there. It is conveniently situated, comfortable, polite and excellent service. I will continue to stay there every time I go to Bloemfontein.

Very efficient check in. The staff even covered the vehicle's windscreen with a blanket.

Room was very nicely arranged, super clean, well appointed and comfortable. Disliked · We stayed in Room 9. The road outside was super noisy and loud. The wooden step adjacent to this room was very disturbing with guests arriving back at 2 and 3 in the morning hours. Both Friday and Saturday's fellow guests were very loud and disturbing. They made a huge racket when arriving back at Villa Bali, constantly fiddling on our door, loud music in their rooms, running in the passages etc. I know there is little that the establishment can do about this I suppose, but because of this I will never stay at this place again. Staff was super creative with their blankets for our vehicle's front window i the freezing cold, well done for that. This is a very nice and comfortable establishment, but because of the noise I will not recommend this at all.
