The hotel itself is not too bad but the service is horrible, the staff at reception is rude and we waited 30 minutes to check in. We showered with cold water in the morning after I called reception to ask what the problem was and I was told maintenance would look into it, but that never happened. I will never book there again!

Maintance needs urgent seeing to
I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the breakfast. Room 603
However, my aircon dod not blow cold at all. The Hot water in my room took 15 mins to come, an extreme waste of water. This was with the maintenance crew standing and pouring the taps i could not use thw shower as the cold tap was not functional.
I was then assisted to tey find a new room. Of which we tried 612, 311 & 200 and something, not one of the rooms aircons worked. Nor did any of thw taps run hot in under 5 mins of pouring water I would hate to know the wastage water going through this hotel, bever mind the water bill

Property was a little run down and need s some maintenance.
Our rooms toilet did not flush and when showering, lots of water went onto the floor. Seal missing between shower screen and top of the bath.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The guests that were at the hotel before me were so unbelievably loud until after 1am, management were very poor in getting them to be quiet or able to move me to a different floor. Saturday morning I had no water in my room and had to shower in a colleagues room. Saturday evening my toilet wouldnt fill up with water and reception asked me to wait until the next day before they sorted it out. When I insisted they sent someone out, but only got it sorted after 11pm. Breakfast was very poor, food was cold and the juice concentrate was very warm. The oats they served was congealed in a bowl and they had grated polony as the cold meats option. The cucumbers and tomatoes looked like it had been standing there for so long as it was dried! I do not recommend this place!

The President hotel in Bloemfontein was the worst hotel to sleep in in a while. The carpets in all the three rooms we booked were unbearably dirty. Save for the clean bedding, I would have walked out and slept in the street. They changed me to a better room when i insisted only to find that the door does not lock. My worst experience in a while.

The food was terrible and tasteless and the following day I had a runny stomach. The staff were not friendly and also very lazy and rude because of language barrier. The wifi was not working at all. We even showered with very cold water. My kettle had 4 teabags in it from previous guests. The sheets were dirty and no windows for fresh air. I will NEVER ever in my life recommend such a hotel to anyone that I know.

So when we first arrived as group they were disorganized like they didn't know we were coming, got our rooms the room mate is dirty, no bathroom mat,no bathroom brush, food was limited,couldn't accommodate everyone, the stuff was rude and unfriendly since the day we arrived and it gotten worse as the more time we stayed. They made shower with cold water and when we need assistance you will never be assisted with anything. It was just a terrible stay from start to finish.

Horrible Hotel,with horrible stuff !! Bad food that causes grrr grrr in your stomach , showers not working, toilets dont flush, they dont change sheets, very bad hotel , bad attitude, sies!!!! ,not a hotel you can visit this one, you will regret it, when you complain they take you as an enemy and switch off hot water .
