5 star service from friendly and attentive staff. Spacious clean room with good shower. Restaurants were very quiet in the evening possibly due to the high price of the meals. Superb breakfast buffet. When we were there the roof top bar was closed due to a private function. The hotel is quite children orientated.

The air conditioner was very cold. I had a child and charged 100,000 Indonesian rupiah for an extra quilt. Which hotel charges extra for adding a quilt... I felt very bad.
