"+ Excellent location, + good choice for breakfast, great bread + amazing pool with slide for recreation (though not for swimming) + promoting tap water - At times (depending on the weather) there was a bad sewer smell in my room - I was promised a free late checkout at reception but when checking out the same assistant denied it and demanded 55 EUR (later brought down to 40 EUR which I paid) - no gym of any kind in the hotel (guests can use the gym in Hotel Park by the same owner but that's a few minutes downhill) - I don't know why, but at breakfast, many dishes were rather tasteless: grilled veg, the juices (?) - super restrictive dress code for dinner posted (don't know if they enforce it, never went, didn't seem good value at 37 EUR) - only one working elevator, but I used the stairs"

"It was a great inn! It's far from the main city, so there aren't many choices such as supermarkets and restaurants, but it was quiet and nice. You can go to the supermarket by bicycle that you can rent for free or go around the lake. The number of bicycles is enough, but if I was small, I could not get my feet, and I was 155 cm, and I was barely able to get one leg. We stayed in a single room with a balcony. You can't see the view when you lie down on the bed, but you can see a great view from the balcony. It's not very soundproof, probably because it's an old building, but I think there were many calmers. The view of the lake looked more beautiful than the main side. It was great to have a sauna and pool for free. The lounge space in the basement was a perfect view and I was able to relax here before check-in. Breakfast was not a buffet but an order and was very delicious."

"We did not make a reservation for wanting a chance to see the facility in person before a decision.  Our encounter with the receptionist, Miss Gloria, was quite impressive.  We felt that she was always looking out for the customers’ best interests.  She was also quite patient with us by providing some interest points to visit.  We enjoyed our stay so much to the extent that we had extended our stay."

"We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We had a room, small but with everything we needed (the only thing missing was a window in the bathroom), with a view of Lake Bled and the castle. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the lakeside promenade. The gym is well-equipped for a hotel, and allows you to get your workout in with some free-body exercises. We thought the pool would be at a spa temperature, but it was only a bit warm, but still pleasant. There was also a hot tub. As for breakfast, it was very well-stocked, but there were many more savory options than sweet ones; I would have added a few more. Overall, we had a great time."

"Disappointed… Only selling point of this hotel, is if you pay extra for the room facing the lake. Honeymoon not acknowledged as mentioned by others. Service was subpar or even bad, nasty waiters during breakfast buffet. Hotel room was mediocre, and do note all other facilities requires additional payment."

"We stayed in the Lake View Suite. The view of the lake from the room was breathtaking. We arrived early but were able to check in and were happy to receive fruit. The room was spacious and luxurious, but it was undeniably old, and we were bothered by the smell of the closet, the difficulty of opening the drawers, and the difficulty of using the shower. The quality of the mattress on the bed was particularly poor, and my husband said it made his body ache. Breakfast was served buffet style at a restaurant facing the lake, where you could choose your main course. The food was delicious and the service was pleasant. If we have the chance to come again someday, we would like to stay for a few nights and enjoy the pool."

"The hotel is very close to Lake Bled, about a five-minute walk to the lake. On the night of arrival, I wanted to find a restaurant outside the hotel for dinner, but I looked around and couldn't find a suitable one. I went back to the hotel for dinner and found that the dining environment in the hotel was good, there were not many people, the food tasted good, and the price was not expensive. The variety of breakfast food is much richer than that of Austrian hotels. The parking lot is not big, the outdoor parking spaces were full when we arrived, and we parked in the hotel garage. The room is clean and bright. You can see the church and castle next to it from the balcony, and the stars are shining brightly at night."
