"Arrived around 8am and room was not ready, Biljana was so kind and nice to offer us an upgrade at a special rate. Honestly, the suite was a worthy paid upgrade and we could get the room immediately! Room was super huge and cause it was at the corner, the view of the lake was beyond perfect. The winds were super strong butbthe room had heater too. Best money spent and Biljana was so friendly to even walk us to our room and explained the facilities yet answered my 101 questions that I had for her! Staff at the wellness area could be nicer though, she was rude to us and could see the difference in her treatment to the paying guest in front of her and us as a hotel guest."

"A truly beautiful hotel with so much to offer. The small houses with hot tubs and saunas are absolutely stunning and create a unique, relaxing experience. I highly recommend staying both in the houses and in the hotel itself to fully experience everything this place has to offer. The hotel is just as impressive, with its elegance, atmosphere, and excellent amenities. The staff are kind, friendly, and highly professional, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. A complete and unforgettable stay!"

"My experience at this hotel was consistently let down by one waitress in the restaurant. When I politely asked whether a seat was taken, her response made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Every hotel operates differently, and I believe a staff member's role is to guide guests with patience rather than assume that the hotel's specific procedures are obvious to everyone. Throughout my stay, whenever she served me, she did so with a clear lack of enthusiasm and a poor attitude. I mentioned this to the reception team, who shared they were already aware of concerns about her service. Unfortunately, I was unable to get her name, but she is a thin, middle-aged woman with bluish/grayish eyes and graying hair. This feedback is directed only at this one individual and is not meant to reflect poorly on the rest of the staff. This is such a nice hotel, and it deserves a well-trained team. I hope management can provide her with additional training to help her meet the standards that the property deserves. On the positive side, the hotel is really pretty and unique, with a great location and a varied, generous breakfast. I checked in on August 8th and arrived around 11 am; I was very grateful that my room was already ready — a truly kind gesture."

"The experience here has been wonderful. The breakfast was very complete, the gym was very complete, a pool that is open and the gym from 9:00 in the morning until 9:00 at night… very friendly staff. The room had a partial view of Lake Bled. Thanks to TRIP The room was not much cheaper. Without a doubt if we return, we will return to this place… Oh! And FREE PARKING… something to keep in mind here!!!"

"The beautiful new apartment house is located on the outskirts of the meadows. It is surrounded by a beautiful view of Blejski Castle, Triglav. Our suite was fully equipped..beyond expectation. We had a large terrace, a garage. From here we went on foot to the Vintgar Gorge, the stove to the center of Bled... everything is very close. We will definitely be back."
