"+ Excellent location, + good choice for breakfast, great bread + amazing pool with slide for recreation (though not for swimming) + promoting tap water - At times (depending on the weather) there was a bad sewer smell in my room - I was promised a free late checkout at reception but when checking out the same assistant denied it and demanded 55 EUR (later brought down to 40 EUR which I paid) - no gym of any kind in the hotel (guests can use the gym in Hotel Park by the same owner but that's a few minutes downhill) - I don't know why, but at breakfast, many dishes were rather tasteless: grilled veg, the juices (?) - super restrictive dress code for dinner posted (don't know if they enforce it, never went, didn't seem good value at 37 EUR) - only one working elevator, but I used the stairs"

"Decent lake and castle view but sadly weather was not good during our stay. Although it was advertised as free parking in the Trip.com listing, an additional parking fee was charged. Further, although the rain shower was good and strong, it flooded the toilet quickly as there was no proper ledge to block the water from seeping past the shower area."

"I have a wonderful time staying in this hotel with a lovely mountain view. It is very close to the bus stop and lake bled. Near to st Martin church and walkable to bled castle. My only grouse is it is very noisy when someone near the hotel drives a car in the early morning. The glass on window is not sound proof."

"We stayed in the Lake View Suite. The view of the lake from the room was breathtaking. We arrived early but were able to check in and were happy to receive fruit. The room was spacious and luxurious, but it was undeniably old, and we were bothered by the smell of the closet, the difficulty of opening the drawers, and the difficulty of using the shower. The quality of the mattress on the bed was particularly poor, and my husband said it made his body ache. Breakfast was served buffet style at a restaurant facing the lake, where you could choose your main course. The food was delicious and the service was pleasant. If we have the chance to come again someday, we would like to stay for a few nights and enjoy the pool."

"This has become my favourite hotel on lake bled! The views, the food, friendly staff and character of the building, makes this hotel stand out above the rest. Situated with amazing views over the lake but away from any noise, every area of the hotel has a view. Breakfast was lovely and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The triglav breakfast was a highlight !"
