Pour avoir passé plusieurs nuits par le passé au mercure Blankenberge nous nous faisions une joie d'y revenir. je ne m'attarderai pas sur la chambre toujours aussi nickel, ni sur la boisson de bienvenue, personnel sympathique. Par contre le petit déjeuner est vraiment beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation proposée. Pas de chocolat chaud pour notre fille, machine en panne, des pancakes qui se font attendre, 20 minutes d’attente pour quelques croissants. Quelques tranches de jambon blanc, de salami. Et très peu de fromage aussi. Franchement nous avons connu mieux.

I booked 2 rooms, a family room x privilege room. The hotel doesn’t respect what's on the Accor website concerning the amenities. The family room has no coffee machine and you get water only on the first night. Privilege room as “ junior suite” the higher room category you get water and the minibar only on the first night as well. The location of the hotel is perfect and close to other cities , the Parking is outside the hotel you pay it apart. Unlike other Mercure hotels this the worst i have seen so far, the service was not that good. You can just smile and say Hello, on the checkout you can just say goodbye and till the next time. Poor communication. I personally don’t recommend this hotel with such poor service. But you can still book a classic room.

Séjour assez satisfaisant. On aurait bien aimé qu on nous propose le choix de parking payant ou gratuit. Nuit 24 euros c est assez cher pour quelqu’un qui choisit votre hôtel. Hôtesse d accueil fait juste son travail et c est tout. Besoin d un peu plus de propreté niveau partie communes. Fauteuils de chambres sale avec des taches.

Very close to train station so good connections. Quiet hotel with lovely staff. Carpets are grim around the hotel and desperately need changing.

Helemaal zijn prijs NIET waard. Redenen: De kamer was niet klaar (15u). Geen enkel personeelslid sprak Nederlands. De zetels in de lobby zitten onder de hondenharen. Geen handdoeken op de kamer. De haardroger werkte niet. Het ontbijt was een zielig buffet waar niets was aangevuld en we bestek moesten vragen. Wij betaalden 300 euro voor een standaardkamer tijdens een verlengd weekend. Schandalig!

Das Hotel befindet sich im Bahnhofsgebäude. Dennoch recht ruhig, da zwischen 23 und 7 Uhr keine Züge fahren. Alles recht zweckmäßig, aber nicht schlecht. Service sehr zackig und sachlich. Zimmer ist okay, Frühstück auch. Alles in allem in Ordnung.

2ème séjour dans cet hôtel, literie et sonorisation ainsi que ça situation rien à redire. Par contre question hygiène (salle de bain) c'est indigne de cet établissement je joint photos 📷. Le petit déjeuner est toujours aussi industriel, pas facile d'avoir aussi quelqu'un à l'accueil.
