La chambre sentais la cigarette . Il n y avais pas d eau chaude . Personne a l acceuil pour le dire juste un ecriteau disant qu il y avais un probleme. Air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas . C est la dernière fois que je vais dans cet hotel

Dicht bij het station en prima kwaliteit voor de prijs. Kleine maar functionele kamer, alles op wandelafstand, eenvoudig ontbijt maar zeker voldoende.
Wij zouden zeker opnieuw voor dit hotel kiezen.

No nos gustó que no hubiera nadie responsable del hotel ni en recepción. Tuvimos que ir al edificio de al lado, Hotel Mercure, para hacer el check in y eso que llegamos a la hora de entrada. Por otro lado, la habitación estaba limpia y la cama era confundir, pero en el baño había un sifón del lavabo que perdía agua.
La habitación era básica, pero práctica ya que está cerca del centro, junto a la estación. No volvería al mismo hotel, en todo caso iré al Mercure, que es donde está la piscina y personal que atienda a los clientes.

Het hotel ligt vlak aan het station, doch hebben we geen trein gehoord. Het was er heel rustig slapen. De bedden lagen goed.
Er was airco op de kamer dus voor mij een pluspunt.
De kamer was heel klein voor 1 volwassene en 2 kinderen maar dat wisten we op voorhand.
Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook tijdens het ontbijt vulden ze de lege mandjes direct aan.
Het ontbijt was beperkt en basic. Ik miste wel meerdere soorten bruine broodjes/pistolets. Er lag maar 1 soort bruin broodje en de rest was allemaal wit brood/pistolets.
We konden vroeger in de kamer dan vermeld staat. Tijdens het uitchecken konden we onze koffer aan de receptie laten staan tot we terug naar huis zouden vertrekken.

Bordje aan de receptie , verder niemand te zien.
Geld automatisch van onze rekening gehaald terwijl we in het hotel zouden betalen.

The hotel is at the train station. When we was visiting there were no hot water in the rooms. We were offered to use the shower at the Mercur hotel (next to). We got no compensation and the service was bad. We also had to pay to use the swimming pool at the neighbor hotel. The rom was dirty and low standard.

Avoid at all costs. The checkin experience involves you following a torn piece pf paper cellotaped to the door telling you to go to the hotel next door to check in. You get codes to get in - there is no one - not a single person to help. So when your code doesn’t work for the lift or stairs you have to wait 30 minutes for help! The hotel corridors stink of damp and something gross. The rooms are battered and towels thin, old and bumpy. Its noisy and the beds are uncomfortable with flat pillows. Again no one to ask for help. The toilet seat was broken in my bathroom - but no one to help plus if I left my room I couldn’t get back upstairs due to the stupid code system. Breakfast the final disappointment. Nothing but sad fruit if you have allergies- nothing labelled and you’re shrugged at if you ask.
