The room was too hot and the A/C control did nothing to adjust the temperature. the mini-fridge was removed from my room - probably was broken and not replaced. The staff at the front desk couldn't care less - I called to report 1-2 issues with the room, never heard back unless I called again. I asked for an e-copy of my bill, gave my email address, never got one. The IHG wed site is primitive - no e-copy of the bill, no way to contact the hotel via email. I could go on and on. the only bright spots were that the room was clean and the breakfast was good - I guess I should be thankful for the room being clean. If you are American, just go with an American hotel brand - European ones are just "not there".
