We had a very nice stay at Holiday Inn not far from the Airport. We arrived by a free shuttle, you only have to call the hotel and they come and fetch you. The rooms are quite large, the bedding clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was classic but had a rain shower. We liked a lot the swimming pool and the staff, they made us feel at home and gave us some tips to visit in Toulouse. We had a good experience!

This place was the worse place we stayed at during our 18 day vacation. The A/C did not work so they moved us to another room. The second room did not work either. We paid for three beds and when they moved us they took away the bed. The A/C still did not work and the room was filthy. Don't believe their reviews - the uber driver also told us it was the worse hotel by the airport. They will not refund our two remaining days although we didn't stay because of THEIR issues! I will never stay in another Holiday Inn and I'm in the process of reporting them since they won't refund me my last two days.

Have stayed here several times over the years and will happily return again. Reasonably close to the airport (though not really walkable). Just a 5-minute drive. Ticks all the boxes for a work trip without any unnecessary luxuries. Rooms are quiet - even the ones facing the main road. WiFi fast and reliable. Free parking. Rooms clean. Breakfast o.k. Restaurant has a choice of French and international dishes, with the sort of quality and presentation I would expect in France. A special mention to Alexandrine at the front desk - who could not have been more helpful - and Neil in the restaurant for great service and advice.

The first time we visited in July 2023 for 1 night the A/C didn’t work. The restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday so we had to order Uber eats. The second time we visited in August 2023 there was hair all over the shower shampoo dispensers. The hotel café menu is very limited.

The room was too hot and the A/C control did nothing to adjust the temperature. the mini-fridge was removed from my room - probably was broken and not replaced. The staff at the front desk couldn't care less - I called to report 1-2 issues with the room, never heard back unless I called again. I asked for an e-copy of my bill, gave my email address, never got one. The IHG wed site is primitive - no e-copy of the bill, no way to contact the hotel via email. I could go on and on. the only bright spots were that the room was clean and the breakfast was good - I guess I should be thankful for the room being clean. If you are American, just go with an American hotel brand - European ones are just "not there".

Close to the airport, this hotel is quiet with private parking. Beautifully decorated rooms, where aeronautics is reminiscent of everything. Breakfast is good. On the ground floor there is enough to have a drink or go there to play. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities.
