Worst experience I have ever had no staff available had to phone for someone to let me in b and b got given a key for my room and a code to get through front door could not unlock my room door so had to phone again for the man to come again no shower curtain no not water in shower tv didn't work will not be coming back again

Very poor experience. Pictures don’t match the actual place AT ALL!! No heating!! No breakfast!! No bar!! No staff to be seen!!
Cold and uninviting. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is a ghost place. The boss opened the door with a key at 1:30 in the middle of the night. The door lock has no security guarantee and there is no security at all. The room smells bad and the towels and sheets are bloodshot. The hygiene level is extremely poor. You cannot move in.  The breakfast did not match the picture on the website at all. It seemed like I had been deceived. I booked 10 nights through Trip.com and stayed for one night. I felt that my life and safety were threatened. I was afraid that my ID and luggage would be stolen if I went out on the street.
Stayed for one night and immediately reported to Trip.com that I couldn't check in and wanted a refund. The hotel I told meto change the itinerary and check out on my own. No compensation was made.
I have notified the website immediately within 12 hours of check-in for check-out and refund. But the hotel refuses to refund. 
I have now lost 9 nights of room money, and I am still chasing the money from the website.
Be careful, don't be fooled.
