We’ve been visiting Blackpool for many years and have stayed at some great Hotels and B &Bs, but i have to say this one has been the absolute best. Great hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible. Breakfast was amazing, beautifully decorated, and clean. We will definitely be going back again. If we could have given more than five stars we would. Just fabulous and very reasonably priced. Excellent service.

We have just returned from a stay at the Windsor Park and had to write this review, the hotel is immaculate in its cleanliness and the bed and room was comfortable, the staff could not be friendlier and we're happy imparting their knowledge of the area and going the extra mile to cater to my dietary needs. Food was excellent and had a variety of choice.

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and the hotel has a very high standard of cleanliness. Breakfasts are exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for Danny and his team. Very friendly and will definitely return. Good location, close to tram and seafront.

We had a lovely two night stay at this wonderful b&b! From arrival to departure we were made so welcome by the wonderful hosts who are so friendly I could have chatted to them all day. We got lots of recommendations of where to go and how to travel about during our stay which was very helpful. We stayed in room 5 which had a great view of the sea and some of the Illuminations that feature along the prom. That was very special. The room was also very clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast was fabulous, everything perfectly cooked, and never had to wait long for anything. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We will definitely be recommending to friends and we can't wait to book our next stay. :)

Excellent stay, comfortable rooms with everything you need. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Nice little bar for pre evening drinks and excellent breakfast with quality ingredients. A good 40 mins walk to the centre but tram station 2 mins walk and good restaurants in the opposite direction. Italian/Sardinian especially good

From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Danny and Trevor were amazing hosts who couldn't do enough for us. Facilities in the hotel were great, located just far enough away from the 'Noise' of Blackpool but within easy reach of all attractions. Food was fab and we'll definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay, fabulous staff all very helpful and friendly. would never stay anywhere else now I've found this place. Clean and comfortable, breakfast totally the best. lovely quiet end of Blackpool and sea views. nothing is too much for them.

From the moment we arrived we where made to feel very welcome. The reception area was lovely and welcoming and the ease of check in was great. My room was exceptionally clean, as was the bathroom, with towels and toiletries provided. The complimentary tea and coffee tray was well stocked with everything you need. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu and the food was cooked to order with good quality ingredients and nice and hot. Colin, Danny and Trevor all worked very hard to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Thank you and we will be back soon

The room we had was immaculately clean, but a little on the small side for a couple,Dan showed me other rooms which were larger..breakfast was spot on. , Dan was very welcoming and really helpfull , he keeps the hotel perfect. Highly recommend, we'll be going again....
